I've used Osborne plumbing for years. They've always been fair, communicative, and competent. My most recent experience was the perfect example.

Our hot water heater kept tripping its breaker. After confirming the the breaker was good, Chris from Osborne came out. He checked everything on the system and found a loose wire. He tightened it, and so far we've had no further issues.

They could have easily told me I needed an expensive repair. But their honesty and comprehensiveness saved us hundreds of dollars.

I highly recommend Osborne plumbing!

Chris and Frederick from Osborne Plumbing were awesome to work with. Very thorough, explained everything in detail, and very efficient. Pleased with results and how much they cared about me understanding what needs to be done to fix our plumbing issue.

Moved to a house with unknown plumbing problems popping up - Osborne Plumbing was very kind and helpful on the initial call, and Chris came out the next day to assess and talk us through the problems and options for moving forward. Just finished the repair with Fredrik and Randy. The communication, professionalism, and quality of work is fantastic.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and really personable. I had a blocked pipe and he walked me through all the steps that he was taking to fix it and thoroughly explained everything in layman's terms so that it was easy to understand. The services were very reasonably priced and Chris kept me updated every step of the way. I will definitely be giving Chris a call for any future plumbing needs!

I would not used them again. Even though they were quick but they charged $1400 to clear a simple clog in the main line where they could just simply snake through it. They feed on desparation of the homeowner.

Super nice, professional and knowledgeable technician from Norway. Unfortunately, our clog decided to unclog before he arrived, so there was not much to do.

Not even worth a single star. Had a kitchen since clog. This company came to our home and after the $90+ service fee wanted to charge an additional $490+ to unclog the kitchen sink. After I said no thanks we’ll just pay your ridiculous service fee for coming out, the plumber asked if I’d give him a $100 dollar bill (cash) if he was able to unclog the drain using his commercial plungers. I said no thanks. Today we had Morris-Jenkins come over and they unclogged the sink all-in for $77. Don’t get scammed people. Do your research. This company is amateur hour.

Fredrik is 1st class all the way. Super informative and spends quality time checking all boxes and keeping you in the loop.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Chris and/or Fredrik on three occasions. They are excellent to work with. They inspect the situation and make sure you know what needs to be done. They go over the estimate with you and they complete the work quickly and properly. I couldn’t be happier with their work.I don’t call anyone else for my Plumbing needs.

Osborne Plumbing company is great. They are always on time and very professional in every way. They let us know we had a backed-up sewage drain which was causing our sinks and toilets to not drain. They immediately took care of this issue for us.

Call Osborne plumbing for water pressure issues. Upon Chris entering my home I explained about water pressure. I also asked for quotes on kitchen faucet replacement and possible toilet replacements. Chris unscrewed kitchen faucet nosal and the O-rings came out. Chris could not get the O rings back in properly. Chris used a chopstick and a needle nose pliers to try and get O-rings back in. The faucet was leaking everywhere and Chris told me to wrap a cloth around it. Now my kitchen faucet leaks and I have water damage. I'm getting the run around from Osborne plumbing. Angela called me a keyboard warrior she stated she wasn't impressed. I called Angela and she was incredibly rude and is blaming the leak and water damage on me. I also spoke with Chris the owner and he too says it my fault. I'm getting the run around. Do yourself a favor call someone else.

The underground water line for my commercial building ruptured last week. Chris Osbourne came out, gave me a detailed repair estimate, had the utilities located and scheduled the repair. They had to cut the asphalt, dig out around the affected piping and replace it.

I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, pricing or how quickly they had the water back on in our business. Thank you guys we really appreciate the fast response and quality work!!

Mitch showed up on-time and was very professional and personable. He provided various options to service/clean my drain, which had a slow leak. resolved the issue in a timely manner, and left things as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I feel I received great service and would use Osborne again for my future plumbing needs.

We had two leaky faucets in the master bath and called Osborn. Chris came out and took care of them both quickly, professionally, and unlike others, didn’t attempt to “up sell” me on products and services I didn’t need. We will call them again for any plumbing repair work. Highly recommended.

We had an accident during a siding installation yesterday and discovered a leak overnight. We called just before 9am, had a plumber on site by 1pm, and had the issue resolved by 3pm.

Chris did a great job and we'll definitely call him again the next time we end up with water coming out of a wall where it shouldn't.

Chris was great! He was very professional and took the time to fully explain what was being done and why. He took his time, set the right expectations and ensured that the space was better when he left. I highly recommend this company and the service we had done was a condensate reroute.

Needed to have water heater removed temporarily to have remediation of the floor in the closet. Chris and his team came and got it done quickly for us.
Fredrik came today, replaced water pressure valve and reinstalled the water heater. Great job!

Chris helped me with my sewage ejector pump. Had a faulty float switch - he diagnosed it really quickly - took time explain to me how the pump works since I just moved into the house. Thoroughly explained the charges and completed the work in a very timely manner. Thanks again Chris!

Service was great, but I felt the price was high for my budget.

For the services provided, not worth the cost. Overcharged for the amount of diagnostic expertise that was provided. $200 total included no actual repair work, no equipment used, no manual labor. Won’t be using the company again and will be letting the business who referred them to us know our unsatisfied experience with “labor” cost.

Booked for a sink install due to new granite. When I booked they couldn’t give me a ballpark price I wasn’t concerned since I just had a bar sink installed in my vacation home for $500. Upon arrival they said job was $1500..that’s just robbery! He said they have a book with set prices.. why didn’t u use your book in the beginning to ballpark?? They were unprofessional and we paid the ripoff $57 to get them out of the house. Found another plumber for $650. .. Run from this company.. there are honest people out there.

The guys that came in and took care of me (Fredrik & his partner--I'm sorry I cannot remember his name) were great!! They identified everything that needed to be fixed and walked me through what they were doing and let me know of anything that could possibly happen in regard to other charges. They were very thorough, communicative, and personable. Will be recommending to others and will dial again for future household issues! (hopefully not anytime soon as we JUST moved in here haha!) I was very satisfied with Osborne's work in putting in a new sink in my kitchen. The workers and Mr Osborne were very helpful and did a great job. I have dealt with the company before and recommend them to all.

Chris and his crew are top notch. They are extremely professional and efficient. I am in the process of connecting to city sewer and they have made sure I know exactly what is happening every step of the way. The office staff at Osborne Plumbing & Drain is also amazing. If I could give everyone in the company 100 stars I would. I had called several plumbers before being referred to Osborne Plumbing and I couldn’t even get the simplest questions answered to make an informed decision with the other companies. Complete rip off. $324 to replace shower cartridge (includes $25-30 cartridge). TOOK LESS THAN 1 HOUR. This does not include $79 service fee to my home. Do NOT recommend using Osborne Plumbing & Drain.

Do yourself a favor and shop around.  For a simple shower drain snake (which took a whopping 3 minutes) and a gallon of Bio one, we were charged $448.  This is absolute insanity. I am currently awaiting a call back from the owner.  If this is changed to a reasonable charge for a basic service call, I will revise this review... Otherwise, this is straight highway robbery and you should avoid this company at all costs.

Update: We were not called back by end of day as promised. Pricing and work to be performed was deceiving. We were told a sewer machine was going to be used. It's even documented as such in your billing provided. We paid upfront, then your tech returns with a simple hand snake. I will revise this review if the owner accepts the fact that his tech was deceptive in his pricing and changes the bill to an appropriate charge. Sending a drug free tech and “we have overhead” is not justification for misleading a client on the work performed and the fee charged is no where close to fair market value. I know this, you know this, and now everyone reading this review will know this. Hopefully this will help at least one person avoid being taken advantage of by your company.

Chris promptly came out to our office to assess and fix our semi-urgent issue. Chris did not try to up-sale us and was very honest about the issues we were having. He had our problem fixed and his work area cleaned in less than an hour! Chris was super informative and professional which is very important since we are a Dental Office. Thanks for keeping us going!

Clogged sewer line. Plumber was here for about an hour, subtracting time on phone and tablet, maybe 15 minutes using water jet to attempt clean-out. I was told pipe was cracked and needed repair and call another plumber because he was booked and didn't have time. $689.75 thank you very much and bye-bye. And that was with a 10% discount! Usually a company will credit some of the bill towards repair. I agreeded to the price before hand being overconfident it would fix my problem. But jeeez I would have expected a break after 15 minutes of work, no fix and no estimate to repair. And I had even removed cleanout out at front of house and pipe in crawl space for access! Very expensive and a poor value in my opinion.

This is a good company, interested in satisfying and preserving relationships with their customers. The technician (William Boynton) was very polite, honest, and a general pleasure to have in our home. I did have a disagreement with the company, not the technician, over the disclosure of fees (so I would suggest you have a thorough discussion when engaging their services); however, the owner was very kind and generous towards me, granting my requests and FAR beyond. Even though this job didn't work out, I will consider hiring them again in the future. Thanks, Osborne, for an excellent experience.

We had a problem with our leaky garbage disposal and contacted Osborne plumbing. They responded the same day and arrived very quickly. They repaired/replaced our garbage disposal with a new one quickly and Efficiently. We were also provided with a 15% discount that was noted/mentioned on their website. (Please check their website before the repairman gets there and mention any discounts noted on their website, let the repair person know when they arrive. They also give 10% senior discounts when you ask – please check their websites for all sales and deals.

My wife called Osborne after another company never returned our phone call. They showed up within an hour. William and Gabe were polite and very courteous. They told me up front what they would do, and gave me an estimate. I agreed and they completed the repair within a couple of hours. They tested it to make sure it didn’t leak and promised to come back if there were any problems. I would use them again.

Extremely timely and professional service at a fair price

Angela made herself super available when I had questions, and was extremely accommodating when an emergency delayed the technician's arrival. The service was quick and effective - they re-seated the toilet in record time!

Osborne came out to my house when I was experiencing a water leak in my yard near my house. They checked the water meter and irrigation meter and identified an irrigation leak same day I called. They referred me to an irrigation specialist and helped me shut off the water supply to the system until it could be fixed at no cost. Big thank you to Osborne and their team

So after speaking with Joellen who was very professional, empathetic, and accommodating, I felt this would be a good fit. Thank you Chris, for coming out , fixing the water heater (we thought we needed a new one, but Chris went the extra mile and found out it was only 4 years old), and making my 83 year old mother feel comfortable by explaining in detail everything she had questions about. I know my water heater is at the end of it's life, and I will be calling Osborne Plumbing and Drain. Thank you.

Plumbers were very professional. They showed up on time. I was even given a courtesy call prior to their arrival. The fact I did not have to ask them to cover their shoes before entering my home really impressed me. The work was done quickly, all questions where answered and they cleaned up after installing my faucet. Would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs.

Osborne plumbing did a great job when our water pump went on our well after over 30 years. They were very through and considerate in their response to the problem and walking me through the pump replacement! GREAT company to work with!

Had a simple repair to replace a shower handle cartridge. $40 part and about 30 minutes of labor. Osbourne wanted to charge me $400 and when I said that was too much the technician said, well how much do you want to pay. What kind of business practice is this? Overpriced and then haggle to get whatever you can from me? Avoid at all costs.

The technicians were incredibly helpful, friendly and on time. They went above and beyond to try to find out problem and fix it. I appreciated the attention to detail and rigorous testing of the toilet.

Mitch and Fred came in, fixed the valve and cleaned up after themselves and had a great personality with great professionalism. I would make them my go to guys for my plumbing needs.

Care way too much about money and not enough about their customers. Had a small drip coming from upstairs into the kitchen.Technician and his apprentice tried charging me almost 200 bucks just to drill a hole in the ceiling. When he saw my expression and realized he was out of his mind, he went out to his car to do my paperwork, came back in, and said he wanted to start over and that it would only be 49 to drill a hole. 175 to 49 in a matter of 10 minutes is a bit too extreme to be trusted. On top of that, he tried giving me the name of his friend. If I don't trust you, then why the hell would I trust your friend? Lol!

Chris and Mitch were courteous, pleasant and unclogged our drain. Informative and completed the job and left the workplace clean and tidy.
