Cleared the drains and provided video confirmation--great job! Randy at PIC jet washed a troublesome pipe after first videoing the line and then repeated the camera inspection on completion. Sink disposal was spraying and leaking water from the bottom of it after I had unjammed it. Sent out for quotes via Yelp but referred companies didn't respond fast enough and the companies that did, couldn't schedule me soon enough. Searched Yelp for plumbers near me and called Core Plumbing.5 starsfor the nice gal who answered the phone to assist especially since there was multiple calls between us that day when I scheduled the appointment and the day of the appointment. (I called on a Saturday afternoon and she was able to schedule me the following Monday between 9am - 12noon).5 starsfor Joe and Eli who came out to fix my disposal on Monday. They not only took a look at my disposal (which needed to be replaced; they even explained what caused it to break) but they also diagnosed and discussed other potential plumbing issues which included a cracked basket in the left sink, calcification of pipes and joints in the kitchen and bath, the need to replace water valves and, to repair the stop in the bathroom sink.Being that my home was built in the mid-70's, the sink basket was definitely in need of replacement and although the kitchen and bath pipes had been replaced in 2002 after another plumbing issue, the calcification was bad and replacement was needed. I gave the guys approval to do everything but replace the water valves which will be another appointment.Thank you Joe and Eli for your attention to detail, good work, and bring so personable and thank you Core Plumbing for your great customer service and staff!

Brian arrived right at the beginning of the three hour timeframe I was given when I initially booked the service, which was great because I wasn't left waiting around. He was courteous, professional, and when the new parts he installed in the toilet didn't quite work for the model I had, he took some specs and went to pick up parts that would work. He returned within the hour and installed the new parts quickly, and fixed the leak I was experiencing. All in all, great service from start to finish!

Mr. Rooter responded to a septic overflow in minutes. It was raining none stop and the septic started overflowing and coming through the bathtubs and toilets of the house. When they arrived they took care of it immediately. They worked on the septic, they helped us find the location of the septic tanks which nobody could find when we moved into that property, and they also helped with the plumbing inside of the house. The service was so good that we’ve called them back for other plumbing services and will continue to use their services for all our plumbing needs. Very caring company and good people.

I'm new to the area, so I choose Courtesy Plumbing based solely on positive online reviews, and the positive reviews were accurate. The two gentlemen who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. I really couldn't be happier with the whole experience.It was easy to schedule, and they came exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves completely, and it was a tricky job. They had to cut out drywall in the garage ceiling to diagnose the root cause of a leak. Turns out it was the valve in an upstairs shower, which required an unusual replacement part. Still, they tracked down and installed the replacement a few days later.

So thankful how quick they were to get our new water in.

Justin is just incredibly awesome! As a Contractor myself, I have no problem recommending Justin for any sort of work. He's detail oriented for sure, is very respectful of me and my property. Being a Custom Painting Contractor myself, I'd steal him away from Joe in a Heartbeat!!! Sadly... I don't think Justin wants to paint anything more than his wife's kitchen or his son's bedroom. However, he is the most incredibly talented most respectful tradesmen we've ever encountered.Don't be silly and keep looking for a plumber without talent. Just call these guys.
