They showed up, we’re on time and professional. We had an emergency on a Sunday (not a cheap visit!!). I was greatful they were available but bummed about possible future cost of repairs…ouch

I live in a large, older apartment complex. Many trees and shrubs. Roots penetrate water and sewer lines and caused a huge problem for me. Bill Howe Plumbing sent out a very competent, professional gentleman named Chris. He and two others from Bill Howe worked hard for several hours to resolve the problem, which was complicated by previous poor work done by others over the years. Repairs were made and past mistakes corrected. These fellows worked efficiently and were professional, meticulous and pleasant. As a elderly person, I appreciated the extra consideration and kindness they showed. Very respectful. Thank you Bill Howe.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. Ryan was very efficient in solving our complicated plumbing problem. He got our business back up and running in no time.

Hired Emory to do some preventative maintenance drain cleaning and hydrojetting before the thanksgiving holiday. They were able to squeeze me in with less than 24hr notice in the short holiday week and were on time and quick.
