Best Plumbing System in San Diego CA

I called to have my toilet valve fixed and an air gap installed. They were very professional and did good work. I reccomend using this company and I would use them in the future if I have future plumbing issues.

This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient.

Super fast arrival for what we thought was a water leak. Come to find out it was the tenant neglect and they flooded the floor. Great detective work by Aaron! He was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Plumbing problem was at a rental property. When tenant called to report I called Powers. They contacted tenant and made repairs. Were very responsive.

Ryan from Anderson was great. Very skilled and efficient. This review is not a reflection on him. However, I cannot recommend Anderson simply because of the outrageous cost. I was charged $2000 for simple, visual inspection of my gas pipes. It was low tech, still seemed inconclusive and that amount really hurts on an educators salary. I felt scammed but had an emergency and just had to eat it. I hope Anderson realizes that these gross prices leave folks like me feeling burned and that takes away from the work of their individual plumbers. Again, Ryan was great.

Kyle is an excellent technician. He was timely, clean, professional, and polite. Great prices compared to other quotes. Highly recommend Kyle and Elite Rooter.

I rarely leave reviews for any service but felt compelled to do so here. Like most people I’ve been ripped off by plumbers before. However Justin was prompt, professional, no upsell, and did great work. While I certainly hope I don’t need their services again in the future if I do there’s no doubt who I’ll call. Thank you so much for making an annoying plumbing problem a pleasurable experience to fix.

We were down to one toilet this weekend in a house of 9. I'm pretty sure my toddler flushed away a car. We waiting till Monday to get it fixed, wanted to avoid possible emergency fees (not even sure if they have them). They were the second company we called, I went with them because the were able to come out within an hour. The other company told me they'd call back. We got Carlos, he was very charismatic (even my kids commented on how they liked him and thought he was nice.) he fixed the problem for us in less than 30 minutes. We have a 30 day warranty too which is great. I will definitely use them again, but I will call them first! Price was reasonable too. FYI: don't forget to look for a coupon! ;)

Used this company's services twice in 2:weeks. I'm sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times. Expensive, but very reasonable when compared to other companies.

Highly recommend All Star Plumbing Company. They have great customer service and are very responsive. We've used them for detecting and repairing an under slab leak and were impressed with their service.

Rooter Hero has been to the rescue several times over the last couple of years. I really don't like writing reviews, but this company is always so professional, on time and get's the job done... and without GOUGING the customer. Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. Don't waste another minute of your time; just call APG and rest assured you've made the right choice.I called APG today for a slow drain in my kitchen sink. From the moment Ryan answered the phone (on the first ring), my experience with APG was fabulous. Ryan was helpful, competent, and friendly, letting me know they could come out this afternoon. I received texts throughout the morning, updating me on my estimated appt timeframe (within 30 minutes, mind you, not the we'll be there between 8am and 8pm stuff), and also a text letting me know when they were on the way to my place.Garrett, the service manager, showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly, careful, and informative. With some initial examination and troubleshooting, he was able to get the drain moving faster. But he did advise me that, unfortunately, the problem wouldn't be completely resolved as there was likely a larger underlying issue with a broken or fractured pipe inside the wall. As such, he wrote up detailed notes on recommendations for moving forward for me to pass along to my landlord. When I asked him how much for the service call, he said zero -- since he wasn't able to fully eliminate the problem, there was no charge. Every other place I've ever worked with charges a flat fee just for the service call. Incredible!It's obvious to me that APG operates on straightforward, honest, and ethical business practices and that their reputation is very important to them. I would give them the highest recommendation for customer service, quality, and competency.
