My toilet accidentally overflowed causing water damage to my unit and the neighboring unit.I didn’t know a plumber and contacted one recommended to me by another worker on the property.The plumber was from a different company, came out and rebuilt my toilet with new parts, but even after I had the work confirmed by a leak detection company as having “NO Leaks”, the Restoration company observed the toilet leaking under the tank. This was within 3 weeks of the repairs from a plumber I couldn’t find a license number for or on BBB.I did a google search and found Core Plumbing with a BBB rating of A+ and good reviews. The owner, Don, spoke to me over the phone and listened to my situation and status of construction and repairs. He recommended work could be done upon completion of reconstruction.My situation was somewhat unusual and challenging as my neighbor had threatened to sue me over an “accident” and my being subjected to her emotional and reactive behavior with her writing the HOA and telling them lies.Needless to say, with this stress and the added stress of covid and people coming in and out my unit, it took every ounce of my energy to remain positive and take care of the issues at hand.Core Plumbing/Don and his crew were understanding as I told them not to discuss anything with neighbors. They were professional and knew their craft.Eric took pride in his work and is very ethical and professional. Don made recommendations to assure I would receive the best product and service.Tim and his helper made sure all residents in the building were notified of a possible water shut off and preparing for the return work.Upon removal of the toilet, Don recommended a new flange to assure the new toilet was seated properly as the old one was worn and sunk in.This involved another procedure which included another day to wait and I was without my only toilet overnight.Don and Eric returned the next day and not only did they do a beautiful job installing and testing the product, they took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had.Because of the “sensitivity” of my situation to make sure there would be no further leaks, all steps during the process was inspected by owner Don and I learned the difference between real professional plumbers and the first gentleman I used.Don went out of his way going beyond what he was required to do to make sure I was taken care of and felt safe with a new toilet and professional installation.Thank you! I recommended them highly! Plumbing isn’t a cheap service and if you need to get plumbing done, it would be best to call the best company and avoid unnecessary costs later!I learned my lesson with the first guy and could have used that money elsewhere. When I called to ask if somebody could come to our house, it was about 12pm, and I was told that somebody would come between 1-3, so of course (being a first time customer) I thought that somebody would come around 3. Nope! 1:20 Kyle was at our door, and even through covid was very willing to help! He not only solved the problem, he had someone else comeBy (free of charge) to take a camera and show us the problem! Kyle was here for way over an hr, and not only that, he was nice, personable, responsible with covid restrictions, and just all around a great guy! Especially a great guy to have in your corner! Seamless and professional water heater replacement at my rental property. My tenants were experiencing rising electricity costs which they suspected was the 13 year old electric water heater. I sent a photo of the face plate on my water heater to PAWS who got me a great deal on a replacement water heater, expansion tank, piping insulation and brought everything up to code. They were able to schedule installation same day directly with my tenants and saved me a lot of time/energy. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks again to everyone at PAWS for the exceptional customer service!

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

I had a water leak inside and behind living room wall where the fireplace and mirror is.A plumber/owner came to look at it briefly and told me they won’t know where the leak coming from and they want me to spend $700 to hire a leak detecting company to find that out before they even start working on it.When I talked to Devin miller the plumber, he told me he may be able to do a diagnosis when he come and possibly find the leak without hiring leak detecting company.He spent a lot of time in the diagnosis, sure enough with his experience, he decided to access from the water heater closet which is outside avoiding cutting into my living room wall. Sure enough the pipe leak is right there and he fixed it in no time.Devein worked overtime until the leak is repaired and until the water heater is reconnected and outside of the closet to allow drying team access.Gilbert came the next day to make the extension longer to facilitate the drying process.Devin also has recommended a very good company for the drying process which I’m very happy with.I am so fortunate to have hired Devin.I can tell he had the expertise, the experience, and most importantly the heart to help me in my best interest.I am will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

I booked an appt via the website on Thursday evening for Sat. from 8am-10am. I wasted two hours waiting for them on Sat., on top of waiting two days for an appt. I have had absolutely no response to my messages. Maybe their website is broken and they didn't see my appt, but they don't reply to text messages or phone calls either. They do not deserve even one star! All the reviews were good, which is why I booked the appt in the first place. I wish I had called someone else!!!!

Called Emory for a water heater draining and cleaning service. I never had it cleaned before. I was originally looking to do it myself but glad I had them do it for me. A lot more complicated than just draining the water out. They came, they saw, they pumped...now my water heater is running efficient and ready to go for the fall/winter. I will be calling them again for next year's service. Thanks again guys.

We had a toilet in our house that was randomly backing up, even when it hadn’t been in use for hours. We called Colepepper Plumbing for service at 3:00 and Allan arrived within 45 min. He asked questions to get a sense of the issue and determined it wasn’t just a regular clogged toilet. He located the drainage pipe outside, cleared the clogged drain, used a camera to travel deep underground, and diagnosed the problem with the underground pipes.Allan was professional and upfront regarding costs and time needed to complete the work (which he did immediately and quickly).Well deserving of my 5 Star Rating!
