Right away upon calling Team Rooter, I was greeted by Ashley who was very kind and professional. Nicholas came out to fix our 2 bathroom sinks that were clogged. It had a tricky connection so he called out his field supervisor Kenny and they took care of the problem saving us several hundred dollars. This is the third time I've used Core Plumbing and both times I got excellent responsive service. I trust their integrity and honesty and quality of work. This time it was for warranty work, water heater controller had a small gas leak. They replaced the whole water heater rather than screw around with replacing piece parts. Rick and Bernie completed the work in a hour!

upstairs shower was leaking from the upstairs down though the wall damaged the frame of the dinning room and dry wall so bigger job then we thought they took care of the broken pipe and works great happy with Anthony Bautista work 5 ?????star rating on a job well done thank you so much greatly appreciated ??

Backyard water leaking investigation and repair.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

I had setup an appointment with Rooter Hero plumbing for 9 am on 10/19/2022, to come and look at a plumbing issue. I even received an email from them that the appointment was confirmed.At 9:30, the technician still had not showed up. I called Rooter Hero plumbing. The guy who picked up the phone was pretty rude, and told me that the technician will be there between 9 am and 11 am. So, I should wait.Nobody arrived until 11 am. After 11 am, Rooter Hero plumbing called me, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Later in the afternoon, when I called them back, the guy on the phone tells me that they had called me at 11 am to confirm my appointment and confirm the time that a technician can come out to my home. Not only did they stood me up on an appointment, the guy on the phone was very condescending - as if it was my fault all along.I simply don't understand how these guys operate. Very condescending - their representatives on the phone act as if they don't need customers. Save yourself some time and find another plumbing service.

Charlie was amazing at the work he has done to my house, he went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He is a great plumber in San Diego.
