Our hot water heater went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Due to the age of heater, it was time for a replacement. The first estimate we got for a replacement, from a well-known competitor, was WAY too high. Isaiah from Bill Howe came out and gave us multiple options with fair pricing, no hard sales pressure. The unit we wanted could not be installed until the next day, but we have hot water again in less than 24 hours from the call. We paid almost $1,000 less than the competitor wanted to charge. Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

He put on his lil foot gloves lol, and had this cool ghostbusters backpack for his tools idk , He had a blanket for his work area so he wouldn’t dirty any of my things, and he cleaned up my sink after he was done, he didn’t have to.-He was very sweet and polite. The work is great and not sloppy and it even comes with warranty! Definitely recommending .

Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.
