Micheal was very nice and checked all areas for a leak. He didn’t locate the leak in my toilet and referred me to advanced detection who found the toilet valve was leaking. I think Anderson should have found and repaired the leak before I had to pay $240 to have the tank cover lifted to reveal the slow leak. Now I have to pay for another visit by Anderson to make the repairs. This is an expensive mistake by Anderson

Abraham was great. He is professional and knowledgable. He ttook the time to answer my questions, and clearly explained the work. I appreciate that he wore booties and kept everything clean. I had a leaky dual flush toilet and he fixed it, tested it to make sure it was completed properly, and adjusted the initial setting so it flushes with more velocity. Now, it works better than before. He was so thorough. Highly recommend!

Very gracious after I bungled our appointment. Had a bad clog in a rental property at the start of a week-end and my tenants were anxious to have service ASAP. Called several plumbers. Booked Emory for a Monday appointment, but then got a response from a plumber able to respond ASAP, so I went with him.Unfortunately, I completely forgot about having made a Monday appointment with Emory. On the Monday of the scheduled visit, they called to confirm the appointment. Luckily I was able to take the call right away and tell them I already had the service performed and was very sorry I neglected to cancel our appointment.The Emory rep. I spoke with was very gracious which made me feel less like an idiot for failing to cancel the appointment. I understand time is money in a small business and customers who don't keep appointments can be costly and very annoying. I felt terrible about my oversight, but was quite relieved that my error was caught before they arrived for the service and that they were more than professional in the face of my error.Plumbing urgencies can be very stressful: Not only is it important for a plumber to be able to quickly and competently solve the technical problem, good ones understand the anxiety of their customers and can successfully relieve the stress.

Price is extremely high but quality is probably good, only time will tell. Would have been maybe four stars except that the tech sold me a monthly preferred customer plan that apparently has a one year minimum? What is this, a gym membership? When I went to cancel it today their rep threatened me with a collection on my credit for cancelling early over a $10 payment... Pretty aggressive and greedy behavior.

They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak.
