I had the pleasure of a Mr. Hansel coming to my house (literally within the same hour of me calling) for a suspected leak slow leak from my water main. Hansel went above and beyond in his free estimate for me. I was truly amazed at his knowledge and customer service. He suspects that its actually an irrigation leak and gave me a fix i can try on my own first. Saving me time and money. Thanks a lot.

Joseph arrived to check on leaks and to evaluate the health of our hot water heaters. It’s a good thing he did. We have used Core Plumbing before and after a test of our old house and its needs we were happy to commit to all we needed to do to get us up and running like new. On the following Monday work began. I had two severely backed up toilets and showers because of roots in the main line. Raphael and David showed up within an hour of calling Elite Rooter. They informed me about what needed to be done and how much it would cost beforehand in a very professional manner. After the blockage was resolved, they also installed two proper clean-out lines. They worked extremely hard, even after it turned dark. Raphael and David are the best of the best! Many thanks to Field Inspector Omar who came out twice as well.

My 82 year old mother hired this plumbing service to get her kitchen sink to drain. She told them she did not have working email, but they continued to email the estimates to her. In a matter of weeks, the estimate went from about $1500 to over $9000. She never could get a written estimate and was asked to sign for service on a tablet without seeing the estimate of the work to be done. The owner of Mr. Rooter, Mike, bragged about how much work they had done in the area and how familiar they were about the plumbing issues in the neighborhood. One day after the work was complete, the toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom and hall. When we asked Mr Rooter why this would happen, they said we were only asked to get the kitchen to drain. That does not sound like a knowledgeable plumber who knows the issues of the neighborhood. $9000 just to drain the kitchen sink? They also said that they used a camera in the pipes. I know they didn't because there is a Y in the pipes with one side capped off. We found it when the new plumber was called out the next day. Mr. Rooter had no idea. Stay away from this business. They take advantage of the elderly. They are not good communicators. And, if you don't pay the same day, they do not send you a bill. They come out to your house over and over again asking for payment. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable.

Emory blew us away, quickly coming to our rescue. Classic homeowner (condo) problem: plumbing emergency at 3:00pm on a Friday. Broken valves on the clothes washer, requiring a full shut-off from the main. And we had dinner guests coming. What to do? On the advice of our neighbor, we called Emory. Emory was AMAZING.
