Best Water Heater Repair in San Diego CA

Our garbage disposal was broken and called them. Joseph and LB came on time, they were super nice and informative. We had kinda fixed it the night before but they still came in to check, took a piece of metal out and fixed the crazy sound we thought was normal for did no even charge us.They are very professional and I highly recommend them! I'll be calling Joseph for my future plumbing issues.

Great experience with PIC. Was able to get quoted on a Saturday night, fixed by Monday morning. They were half the price that I was quoted from Roto-Rueter and my technician, Aaron, was very professional and polite.

Technician showed up an hour and 15 minutes later than set an expected which caused us to stress out because at 4:30 it’s double the fee per hour. Once he was here he did a decent job and I noticed later on the charges there was a charge for a bowl wax which I had to have already and only cost me six bucks at Home Depot he charge me 8.69and then listed other Supplies which absolutely none were used because I had my own bolts and nuts to refasten the toilet and so there was an overcharge there for supplies about 20. Bucks. I feel David was a but dishonest, in the extra charge.

Great job doing everything that needed to be done. These guys are professionals. Over $20,000.00 worth of work done without a single hick up.

Bernard arrived on time. He is well mannered and professional. He was informative and gave options. My best option was to have him do the job. It was done in a timely manner. I am impressed by the quality of his work. This company and Bernard have my wholehearted recommendation.

Wouldn't quote a price or hourly rate over the phone, but would quote after inspection, promised a 60 to 90 minute response, called back after 90 minutes and I was told another hour. Junior guy arrived in an hour but didn't know what was up, asked for senior guy to help. Said be here in 30 minutes, arrived 3.5 hours later, too late to do work same day.Said I needed drains flushed and would be $1200, but that they would be as good as new when finished. Also suggested I get access trap for an additional $800 (became $3300 next day).Agreed to $1200 only as I had no working shower, came back next day and flushed system, (took less than 1 hour) however said system needed major overhaul ($10k) and was unlikely to work ( don't flush tampons etc) - so much for as good as new.Left a pile of sh** on the bathroom floor.

These guys are the best. They are family owned and know there stuff. We have used them multiple times over the years.... we mainly used them for emergencies (leaky water heater, backed up drains) but we have also used them to install new toilets and piping.
