Fast and reasonable service is what I demand and that is what I get. Never a job too big for Discount Plumbing. Now a days good customer service is a rarity. This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient.

I am so disheartened to report our once infallible plumber has bit the dust. PIC is NOT the company it used to be. Having used them for rentals for years, we immediately noticed when we began getting diverted immediately to a botched call center.In our quest to converge our business with a group of plumbers we trusted, we called them out to review and estimate our latest acquisition. We had them shadow our inspector, so we could be prepared for cost of repair and immediately get the job started at CLOE. For a single section of cast iron pipe (5ft including the toilet flange), accessible through a 3 foot for crawl space, they wanted $2,800.00, almost triple what they charged for an identical job 7 months prior!Because we trusted them, we began work immediately and did not question (out loud) the exorbitant increase. I was amazed when they got the job done in THREE HOURS! WOW, they are making $999.00/hour, I am in the wrong business!Two weeks later we get a clogged toilet, so my spouse crawls under to investigate. These, now, scammers had cut the pipe at the flange! They left the 152 year old cast iron flange in the floor! When we called them out on this obvious effort to deceive, they immediately became indignant and begrugingly completed the job of REMOVING ALL CAST IRON on that floor!Days later, we get a clogged toilet! They come back out and despite HAVING BEEN PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION AND HAVING BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE SCOPE AND NOTES FROM THE INSPECTOR DO NOT USE A SNAKE ON THESE CITY-SIDE- RELINED CAST IRON,CERAMIC, OUTLET CITY DRAINS, we come home to the guy bragging about using a heavy duty snake! He tore the lining out of the segment of cast iron at the sidewalk....!!!! We sent them the video and they have not replied.

Technician expressed there would be no charge for his visit as he was in my home for 5 minutes. I was subsequently charged $150 for a 5 minute visit, with no repair needed as there was nothing wrong with the appliance. Would not recommend.

Bill Howe replaced our entire HVAC system. They were professional, efficient, friendly and just plain awesome. The cost was reasonable and I would use them again in a second. They will always be my first call for plumbing and heating needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Called in and spoke with Rosa last week to schedule an appt. She was so professional and helpful. I was able to book an appt same day for my aunt for her clogged kitchen sink. Had a great experience with Paws Plumbing this morning. They fixed the hose leak on the side of my house. Jacob was quick and efficient. Great communication and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Gilbert was absolutely amazing! We had an emergency due to our pipes being backed up with TP, he showed up with a smile and good attitude which was amazing being we called on a Sunday night. We have used Black Mountain Plumbing for 3 years and every time has been positive and 5 -stars.This time around they did a water heater replacement.Service and customer service is excellent and they did things quickly.The reason I give 3 stars is two-fold: 1) the quote for a new water heater did not break out the cost of the unit vs. the labor, and 2) the warranty is 6 years. Unfortunately for me, I did not compare prices of water heaters and warranties before the final decision. There are warranties for 10 years and water heaters that cost less. I probably would have gone with a different water heater.

The service from this company was immediate, extremely reliable and Alan spent the entire day fixing my overflowing toilet and clogs in various pipes throught my house. He also recommended a clean up crew that also came within hours. Alan also educated me on a variety of plumbing issues and solutions.
