Best Water Heater in San Diego CA

I had an issue with the wax ring of my toilet and the angle stopper coming out of the wall.Jose from Discount Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and fix the problem. He was professional, clean, friendly and quick.I would definitely recommend him.

Core Plumbing was the second company in to do the work and they fixed many issues I previously had. They repaired/replaced a water heater, pressure regulator, dishwasher and more. When I found what I thought was a pipe leak,which resulted in my turning off the water to the house I called a company I had used before, but with the current COVID situation they were unable to come out for a few days. Since I THOUGHT Anderson was a reputable company I called & they were able to get a technician out the same day. When the technician was delayed, I was kept informed by the office. The technician looked at the area of the leak & said he would need to cut a hole in the wall to determine the source. Although I thought the cost was extremely high, I didn't feel I had a lot of choice - I needed to have the issue resolved & water to the home & didn't feel there was time to wait for another company with whom I was familiar. BIG MISTAKE on my part. After cutting a couple of holes in the wall, the technician advised that it appeared there was a slab leak & I needed to contact a leak detection company. The technician was here about 20 minutes, didn't check any other areas inside or outside the house, didn't check water heater connections or look to see where the pipes entered the house from the slab - so I paid a LOT OF MONEY for someone to do very little work! I called CPL & was advised the earliest appt was a week away. I took it & figured I would live with turning the main water line on as little as possible. I have now also secured the services of an experienced plumber who is honest & reasonably priced. He was able to be here while the CPL technician was here to determine the exact source of the leak & repairs are now underway.

This was a much bigger job than I had anticipated, but Kristian explained it thoroughly, so it wasn't as shocking as it could have been. I want to express my sincere thanks to and deep respect for Robert, Jose, and the other workmen on this job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, patient with my anxieties, very professional, unbelievably hard-working, painstaking, cheerful, and always on-time. They respectfully explained every step to me, kept the work area neat and tidy, and left it looking even better than they found it, even with the great big scar right in the middle of my patio! They couldn't possibly be paid enough for the difficult, demanding, and strenuous work they do. They are a credit to your company and to themselves.

We experienced a complete whole house plumbing stoppage and had no use of our facilities. We called our home warranty company for a plumber at 3pm on a Tuesday, and a plumber arrived the following morning, Wednesday, and attempted to clear the blockage with a snake that was too short. He worked for 50 minutes with no success. The following day, Thursday, they arrived without the larger snake or camera or hydroscrub which we requested. They just attempted to clear the blockage with a different snake, which did not look any longer, for 45 minutes and left saying he would call the Warranty Company for further advice. He never did this and we had to call and were told they would have to look for another plumber with the proper equipment. It is a good thing we called an outside plumber, Mr. Rooter, at this point as we never heard back from the Warranty Company.Mr. Rooter arrived within a half hour (11:00 on Thursday). They cleaned the pipe with a snake and used a hydro scrub, working for 2 hours. They made it to the blockage using a camera to show us the problem. They came the next day, Friday, to finish the work by digging a 5 foot hole and fixing the broken pipe and installing a cleanout at that point. They were able to temporarily repair it enough so we had facilities over the weekend and then came back on Monday to permanently complete the job.They were called on Thursday and completed the job on Monday, a total of 3 days, but we were able to use the facilities after a day and a half. It's always good to have a plumber with the proper equipment and attitude and they had both!We found them to be very responsive, professional, and sympathetic to our situation and we would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems! Michael from Paws had come out before to give us a quote on replacing the shut off valves in our laundry box as well as helped us out with some tips on a few other issues we were having in our unit. We decided to go back to Paws for the actual work to be done and requested Michael be the one to help us out, he was great, professional, and really did a good job breaking down what was being done and any tips or things we can do to help ensure a long term solution for our work. He didn't hesitate to answer any questions or help out in any other way. I'd highly recommend Paws plumbing and specifically Michael.

I have worked with their teams every year for a plumbing inspection and HVAC maintenance. Every time they offer prompt services with the latest plumbing equipment and tools. They have always been reliable and responsive. This time, I called them for plumbing repairs. They suggested replacing the damaged pipes so I could avoid frequent repairs. Great work!

I have used Collins Pacific Plumbing on three occasions. First, they gave me a fair price on a new hot water heater. They installed it correctly. When the automatic pilot light didn't light automatically, they immediately ordered a new part (under warranty) and installed it. Then, I upgraded my gas meter. I hired Collins Pacific to unhook all my gas appliances, wait for a contractor to test the pressure in the pipes, and reattach the appliances after the new meter had been installed. They were the same price as others, but they included extra services in the price. Finally, an outside hose bib would not shut off. It was leaking about two gallons of water per hour. Some other plumbers wouldn't come out the same day, or would charge me an emergency call fee. Not Collins Pacific; they came out the same day and fixed the problem (a new hose bib had to be soldered on the copper pipe) and the price charged was very reasonable. They are now my go-to guys for all plumbing issues. Aaron has always been my contact; he is responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong if you give them a shot.

I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Omar did his job and his personality put it over the top. Stay Cool Omar!! (Congrats again on the 2 new little ones)

Ryan was great - super responsive, knowledgeable, worked closely with our HOA, and did a great job overall. The company is also well-priced, and came in lower than the company my HOA was currently using. Will definitely use again in the future.

Dayne did an outstanding job, putting in pop ups for my sinks which should have been included in new faucet placements by my “old” plumber, who will never, ever set foot in my house, again.
