Rob from Team Rooter was assigned to my plumbing issues. He called to inform me that he was on his way and arrived on time. We discussed the drain issue and Rob asked questions to ensure that he understood the problem. After looking at the drains, he was able to provide options, details on the work that needed to be performed and recommended the solution which was to pressure wash the drains. I would highly recommend Team Rooter to unclog and clean out your drains.

Really well organized, on time and efficient. We had the HVAC replaced with high efficiency unit and it was very noticeable in our electric bill.Follow up- I had Anderson come out to my mother’s house and they did a good job of servicing the furnace and A/C unit.

There are Five Star businesses and there are businesses like Bill Howe Plumbing that go above the five star mark and truly wish I could give them a higher rating.Miguel Gomez (486) was terrific throughout the process. Miguel explained what he would be doing at each step and executed promptly. It was evident that Miguel knows his trade. His work was clean and meticulous. When unexpected issues came up, he just took care of them rather than stressing us out with bad news or work change orders. Miguel is a perfectionist. That's a good trait in a plumber. 5/5 Would definitely recommend.

Robert did a great job replacing my hose bib faucet outdoors. He also took a look at a running toilet that we previously repaired by Paws and made an adjustment. Really appreciated his professionalism and for making it easy!

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.

Daniel provided us with service today that went well above standard service.We needed to replace hot & cold autowasher bibbs. The old ball valves were frozen in place and couldn't be budged. Daniel eventually got them off. His can-do attitude was great. Along the way he also answered many other questions both related to and unrelated to the job at hand.He was very patient, professional and capable and a credit to the company!
