We had an emergency need for help unclogging pipes and toilets which were blocked for myself and my neighbor, given shared pipes. The service arrived within an hour of my calling and asking for help.Mason was so helpful and kind. Our water heater started leaking late Saturday evening. I called Black Mountain Plumbing Sunady around 7:30am. Salomon from Black Mountain Plumbing was at our house Sunday morning by 10am and by early afternoon, the water heater was replaced. Excellent and speedy service, I highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing.

Called Emory for a water heater draining and cleaning service. I never had it cleaned before. I was originally looking to do it myself but glad I had them do it for me. A lot more complicated than just draining the water out. They came, they saw, they pumped...now my water heater is running efficient and ready to go for the fall/winter. I will be calling them again for next year's service. Thanks again guys.
