This is the first time I've had a plumber (or any service person) show up exactly when they said they would. I made an appointment, and the next day, Jose and Marcos were onsite.I was immediately impressed with their polite and professional demeanor. I was having an issue with my washing machine, but I also feared a possible leak in the plumbing somewhere. Jose advised me that it was a washing machine issue after performing a diagnostic test. The price of the diagnostic was worth the peace of mind knowing I did NOT have a leak.Because of their honest approach, I booked a separate service on the spot. Discount plumbing is my new plumbing company for all projects. They are courteous, and reasonably priced compared to other estimates I received. Most importantly, they are honest. Give them a shot; you won't regret it.

We have a 40yr old home in which the kitchen drain had not been cleaned for quite sometime. Over the years, the grease and sludge had built up within the pipes and maintenance was needed. We looked on the internet and contacted Team Rooter. The service person who came out was Alex who worked diligently over several hours to clear the stubborn clog using a hydro jet. Later, Kenny another Team Rooter employee came out to assist. When things didn't look too good and the conversation of an alternative solution such as re-routing pipes came up, their persistence with Hydro Jet came through and cleared the clog. We appreciate both Alex and Kenny's professionalism, hard work, and also assuring us that it will be fixed correctly. Thank you both Alex and Kenny from Team Rooter.

It was great having the technician that installed my exterior gas line return to hook up my outdoor firepit! David was excellent from the phone call of when he was on his way to trying to work out issues with a faulty lighter on a piece of equipment which I purchased from an online vendor. He wanted to make sure everything was in perfect working condition and cleaned up. I have used Powers plumbing for the last 6 years and regardless of the change in ownership, continue to receive great service and will be calling them for future plumbing/gas line issues.

Wow, they were here within the hour from my first phone call. Arturo Garcia was our plumber. My husband and I are older and was a little worried about using a company we never used before. Arturo was so personable, knowledgeable and fixed our problem fast. I felt so bad for him, up on our roof in blistering heat cleaning out the trap. I recently had work done by Rooter Hero. What started out as a unclog drain repair turned into a nightmare of cast-iron pipes that were old, cracked and worn out. Bryant and Dylan were the initial techs that came out and I was very impressed with their knowledge, honesty and professionalism. These guys are amazing. I've used Courtesy Plumbing twice and both times was so impressed I felt compelled to write a review. Scheduling is fast and efficient, and the plumber always calls ahead to confirm arrival time. The plumbers wear booties, don't make a mess and are extremely polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They went through options with me and didn't hesitate to tell me when something didn't actually need fixing. I've had Lou and Michael so far, and both were really charming and very skilled. I'm glad I've finally found a plumbing service I can rely on.

I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Don't waste another minute of your time; just call APG and rest assured you've made the right choice.I called APG today for a slow drain in my kitchen sink. From the moment Ryan answered the phone (on the first ring), my experience with APG was fabulous. Ryan was helpful, competent, and friendly, letting me know they could come out this afternoon. I received texts throughout the morning, updating me on my estimated appt timeframe (within 30 minutes, mind you, not the we'll be there between 8am and 8pm stuff), and also a text letting me know when they were on the way to my place.Garrett, the service manager, showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly, careful, and informative. With some initial examination and troubleshooting, he was able to get the drain moving faster. But he did advise me that, unfortunately, the problem wouldn't be completely resolved as there was likely a larger underlying issue with a broken or fractured pipe inside the wall. As such, he wrote up detailed notes on recommendations for moving forward for me to pass along to my landlord. When I asked him how much for the service call, he said zero -- since he wasn't able to fully eliminate the problem, there was no charge. Every other place I've ever worked with charges a flat fee just for the service call. Incredible!It's obvious to me that APG operates on straightforward, honest, and ethical business practices and that their reputation is very important to them. I would give them the highest recommendation for customer service, quality, and competency.

I had Chris come out to replace the hot and cold water shut off compression valves for my washing machine. I was quoted to change the whole washer box for $2,365 and $1,289 to replace just the hot and cold water shut offs with compression valves. Both quotes required cutting out my dry wall. I declined to have Chris do the job and called another plumber. Two hours later the job was done by another company for $350, with the dry wall cut out and put back as well. Stay away from Colepepper Plumbing, unless you want to pay 4 times the price for your plumbing service.
