We used Point Loma Electric & Plumbing to install two bathroom fans with lights (replacing existing ones). From the start, they were very professional and they gave us a fixed price for the work. Frankie and Magda came out, yesterday, and were very considerate in how they setup and asked where to put their tools. They got the first bathroom done and moved onto the second. There they ran into some problems with the way the wiring was originally done and it was not up to code. They tried multiple ways to get the light working, but they could not. They explained the situation to me and promised to be back to get it right. Which Frankie and Hector did today. On both days, they did a great job of cleaning up and they were very tolerant of our crazy young dog who wanted to see what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

I have lived in San Carlos for 28 years and have comeinto the Ideal showroom many times to buy a fixture or part.Although I could have gone to the Home Depot, I knew that I would be sold the appropriate (and high-quality) part by Bill. Along with the parts, he freely offers advice from his long experience as a plumber. This is invaluable to me as one who does most of his own repairs for financial reasons. Bill has always been honest, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and anxious to do right by me, qualities which are not common nowadays. As one of the public faces for your business, he does great credit to your company.

We hired Edison Home Improvement for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, and adding a laundry room and second bath. From the beginning of the process they were extremely responsive, getting me an accurate quote quickly and following up often. Our project manager, Dotan, listened to my ideas and made helpful suggestions based on what was realistic within our budget and the scope of work. We were not living in the home during the remodel and we had a new baby, so we were unable to be present while most of the work was completed. Dotan always kept me informed and answered all of my questions. We felt like we could trust him and the other contractors completely. Edison took care of all of the planning and permitting required to ensure that our remodel was done correctly and to code. Dotan also had suggestions for where to buy tile and fixtures with a discount. We are extremely pleased with the careful work that was completed in our home and will be using Edison for other improvement projects in the future.
