These guys were awesome!!!!! Had a washer and dryer from Best Buy delivered this afternoon and they couldn’t install because the valves on the faucets needed replacing. I immediately called Bill Howe Plumbing. They picked up right away and had a plumber here in less than an hour and a half!!! Tris Coffin was my guy and was awesome!!! Replaced the valves in like 5 minutes, cleaned up the water, played with my chihuahuas and was out in under 20 min. And price was what I expected. My 82 year old mother hired this plumbing service to get her kitchen sink to drain. She told them she did not have working email, but they continued to email the estimates to her. In a matter of weeks, the estimate went from about $1500 to over $9000. She never could get a written estimate and was asked to sign for service on a tablet without seeing the estimate of the work to be done. The owner of Mr. Rooter, Mike, bragged about how much work they had done in the area and how familiar they were about the plumbing issues in the neighborhood. One day after the work was complete, the toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom and hall. When we asked Mr Rooter why this would happen, they said we were only asked to get the kitchen to drain. That does not sound like a knowledgeable plumber who knows the issues of the neighborhood. $9000 just to drain the kitchen sink? They also said that they used a camera in the pipes. I know they didn't because there is a Y in the pipes with one side capped off. We found it when the new plumber was called out the next day. Mr. Rooter had no idea. Stay away from this business. They take advantage of the elderly. They are not good communicators. And, if you don't pay the same day, they do not send you a bill. They come out to your house over and over again asking for payment. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable.

Mike and Taylor were excellent. They were on time, explained everything, made sure my garage was cleaner than it was before, and made sure everything was running smoothly before they left. I greatly appreciate all of their work!

Fantastic experience start to finish. Had a clogged shower that was threatening to overflow and could’ve been a huge disaster. Called Rotor Hero Plumbing and Jacob was here within 90 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping solve the problem. He keep working on the clogged drain until he could pinpoint what the problem was and then solved it. Highly recommend this company and if possible, ask for Jacob!

Charlie was AWESOME! He did a great job fixing my garbage disposal and the handle to my shower. He even gave me a tool to fix my disposal in the future. I'd recommend him to anyone.
