Best Toilet Installation in San Diego CA

José came and did a free estimate for my garbage disposal. He waited around when there was confusion on time. Hope to hire them to fix the job.

I paid $200 for these guys to do nothing. They were supposed to unclog a drain but all they did was come out and give me estimates for other non related work. These guys just want to sell you. Then when I call back to complain, they put me on hold. I'll never use them again.

This is the first time I used this service. I liked that Kevin came when he said he was coming. He fixed a toilet leaking to the floor down below and gave me the name of someone to clean the mold that it created.He alerted me of the high water pressure that the pipes had and installed a new regulator.He fixed a leak outside and installed a ball valveHe did a very good job.

They have always been reliable and responsive. This time, I called them for plumbing repairs. They suggested replacing the damaged pipes so I could avoid frequent repairs. Great work!

I spoke with a rep and explained to them that my water heater pilot was out and I couldn’t get it to turn on the rep said they repair water heaters so I scheduled an appointment with them took a day off of work they were supposed to arrive between 9am -11am instead I get a phone call at 11am saying it will be 1pm-3pm the tech comes in takes one look at my water heater and says that he doesn’t repair them only installs new ones I explain to him that the rep specifically said they do repairs and that the tech has a truck filled with parts that it can be taken care of on the same day which was false so I lose a day of work my water heater is still out and now I have to wait for someone else to come out and repair it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone stay away from them they’re liars and don’t respect peoples time

I have had pretty good luck cleaning my own drains however the house is 57 years old and the requirement for cleaning has become more frequent, more complicated, and requires higher quality tools. In the last 5 years I've called on plumbers 3 times and like most people I shopped around for a good deal or special. In the first 2 instances I found several plumbers who offered a compatible or the very same best deal drain service as several other local plumbers. When called upon, before ever performing the best deal service to resolve my problem. The plumbers claimed things were looking grim, and put on a 15 minute sales pitch about how I needed to spend 3 times more money on the upgraded service that even included hi-tech cameras to look for any unknown problems and in return I spend 5 minutes explaining why I only needed pay for the service we agreed upon.So today when I discovered I have drain problem that has tapped my resources, I was sure to question what the Plumbers advertized deal included and in doing so discovered obvious bait and switch tactics within some offers. When I talked to Charlie at American Plumbing he was straight forward with his answers and sounded willing to put his best effort into the service he advertized to resolve my problem. Charlie showed up within 2 hours, we discussed the problem, the history and he went to work in spite of the displacement and severity of the blockage, and had it cleared in two hours.I was certainly happy to pay the $100.00 service Bill.Truly Grateful..........Bill Foti San Diego

We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. The lads were always very polite and did their best to take care of the problems as we went along, a pleasure to have them work for us.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I drive by their location every day from work and finally had a reason to call. The dispatchers were courteous and efficient. I was given a window between 12-2 and Brandon was at my house at 12:15 with a courtesy call. All my drains had overflowed, I had raw sewage all over the floor. The technicians worked tirelessly over a period of two hours snaking, cleaning, and hydrojetting (didn't know this even existed) my lines. They came out for 96/hr which I thought was extremely fair with an additional (slightly more expensive) charge for the jetting. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone. The service from this company was immediate, extremely reliable and Alan spent the entire day fixing my overflowing toilet and clogs in various pipes throught my house. Ramona Plumbing has an efficient system for managing appoints, using email and text messaging to confirm your appointment and text you when the service person has left previous job and is on the way to your house. Justin was professional and informative. He took time to answer questions and showed me how to change the filter on my house filtration system. He also installed a new faucet. Again professional and careful to protect surfaces and leave everything clean. I will use them again and definitely would recommend them.
