This is my 2nd review of Core Plumbing.This time I got my leaking water heater replaced and a series connected, working but old water heater (so, two of them) along with the re-circulation pump that came when the house was built in 1999, all within ~24 hrs of calling and talking to Don. Grant came ahead of time after calling and letting me know and finished the job flawlessly. I have peace of mind now to have found a reliable, honest and professional group that has trust of customer ahead of bottom line in their priority. I will call them for all future needs.I asked Don for Grant to service this work order only because I have seen Grant's work ethics up close in the past when he replaced the water pressure regulator. Don was able to accommodate that. What I liked most was that Don did not take advantage of my situation (no hot water in the house due to one leaking water heater) to extract more money. That say's a lot and means a lot to a customer. That is a good display of ethics in practice and I would encourage them to not loose sight of that ever because that is what retains a customer, like me.Thank you to both of you.

John Calderon and his apprentice came to my rescue today! After a string of bad experiences with plumbers who were recommended to me or referred by my home warranty, I decided to venture out and find my own. Anderson Plumbing was the first to pop up and had the highest rating in San Diego. When I called, they answered immediately (last plumber hung up on me) and had someone at my door WITHIN AN HOUR (last plumber waited seven days before coming to my condo). John was so knowledgeable and friendly. (Both of them showed my dog lots of love, so bonus points there.) He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and even showed me the exact issue (so I knew he wasn’t just trying get me to replace a bunch of parts to drive up the cost). Although the fix was pricey, he was upfront about the cost and talked me through my options. They had the parts on hand to fix the water heater and waited until the hot water was running throughout the house before they left. Although larger companies can be a bit more expensive, it was 100% worth the extra money to use a reputable, legit company who came to my aid immediately and had a mini warehouse in their truck with everything they needed to fix the problem. Paying a couple extra bucks was worth avoiding the hassle I’ve been experiencing with 2-star rated companies who took a week to get here in the first place. John converted me to a loyal customer and I will only use Anderson Plumbing in the future. Also - John spoke volumes about the owners of the company and how generous they are with their employees and are wonderful people to work for — that’s the exact type of company I want to support!!

This is the first time using Bill Howe. Excellent service calling to request service , the technician Alex was professional and experienced. My toilet was backed up because of roots. He smacked the pipe and I was back in business. Thank u Bill Howe plumbing. Your prices are reasonable and I will use you again and tell friends.

American Plumbing Group has been nothing short of fantastic. We had them out twice within a couple of weeks for two separate projects (install a new toilet and replace the flush valve on another toilet). Garrett did the service on both jobs. He was on time, courteous, and respectful of our home. He kept the job clean too. Scheduling is a breeze with APG and they'll keep in touch with you along the way until they arrive at your home. I hope that I don't have them to our house too often, but I will definitely use these guys in the future if needed.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They were available to come the next day, kept me informed about when they would arrive, and the tech who came, Gilbert, was one of the best service providers I have ever encountered. He was very nice and explained things early. He stayed late to finish the job and even let my daughter help (she was very curious). We will definitely use Plumbing Tree again.

Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!
