Best Sewer Repair in San Diego CA

Jose is AMAZING!!!!!! The last month has been a bathroom water damage nightmare and when I thought everything was good to go BAM water leak from idk where. I called DISCOUNT PLUMBING SAN DIEGO LLC and they heard my worry and came out the next morning 8am sharp. Jose not only found and fixed the problem but explained to me what happened with prior repairs. He went over and beyond answering all my questions. ? ? ? ? ?

Did a comprehensive evaluation of our sewer blockage problem and corrected a backflow problem that caused sewage to return to our house that previous plumbers did not remedy. Came promptly which is not my experience with other plumbers in my neighborhood. Professional and courteous.Can't say it was a fair price because it is plumbing which always gives me sticker shock. Charges are about average for plumbers in my area for the work done. On par with dentists,lawyers etc.

These guys were able to come out at a time that fit our schedules, were prompt and very friendly.

You're a joke. I had to proactively reach out to you 3x to make sure you could do the job and connect with my landlord appropriately. You said you would and it should be no problem. I was explicit that they were oversees and could only connect via email and would need a few days because of time difference, you said no problem. Then you called me the day of our appt saying that you decided not to and instead cancel the job.Shane who came out to assess the initial issue was very professional and kind.

Amazing service by Dylan & Isaac, they are polite, very professional and they know plumbing! They set me up with a diagnostic action plan moving forward. I would highly recommend these guys and Anderson plumbing. I am in the Real Estate profession and in need of great professionals, this company will be at the top of my list.

These guys stayed on top of the project as the scope grew. We unfortunately had a much bigger problem on our hands than we first thought. Ricardo was great to deal with, and stuck with the project until we were fully satisfied.

Rigoberto B. Came to my house on-time, offered to wear a mask (good manners!) listened carefully to my issue (clogged kitchen drain) checked the other drains and toilets because I thought I had a mainline clog, carefully explained plumbing in a 1950’s house after I asked him one thousand questions. Then tried unclogging from the kitchen but ultimately had to go up on the roof. Once he was finished he cleaned up, apologized for the tiny smudge in the sink and was off. His work was great and his attitude was excellent. He was very patient with my questions and seemed happy to explain the dynamics of pipes and vents. The price was less than the price that I got from the company that couldn’t come out for 3 more days. I felt like I got a great deal. I will always ask for Rigoberto! My new bff.

My parents called Mr. Rooter for a drain clearing service with Jose Lopez. There was a discrepancy with the pricing of which my parents apologized and had the price adjusted based off of a coupon that they received. Immediately afterwards, Jose became hostile and rude towards my parents. Not sure if it was because he was skimming some of the cost off the top to pocket for himself. My parents are sweet individuals and would not act hostile toward anyone, regardless if it was involving money or not. I am disappointed in the so called professionalism that the company has. I spoke to the manager and all he was able to say is that he was sorry and that they will learn from it moving forward. I felt that the experience my parents had with Jose, and my experience with speaking to his manager was pointless and that our reasons were brushed off as I was continually being cut off while speaking my thoughts.We will not be contacting this company every again.

We had a gas leak in our laundry room and SDGE turned off our gas and told me I needed to call a plumber to fix it. Every plumbing company said they had no available technicians until the next day, even PAWS. But Kristen (I think that was her name) went out of her way to find an available technician and was able to schedule him to come out and repair the leak.Both Kristen and Robert were awesome. I highly recommend PAWS and would call them again.
