Jose came out to clear clothes washer drain line, erratically backing up.He performed initial check y inserting supply line into drain pipe, which accepted full flow for 4-5 minutes, no problem. He indicated no charge since he could not see any issues , he could correct. WE tried a wash cycle discharging into drain pipe , it quickly back flowed. Since we have a remodel to start today , and wall/ flooring will have to be replaced, he suggested that exposing the piping will better reveal the issue we have. I have a 1939 house that has taps and valves from the 70s . I needed a part Home Depot etc sells an alternative but I wanted the same fitting or valve. No where else had it and when I brought it in Jason told me exactly what I needed and . I was happy to have it replaced the old one put a new one in place . Like for like . Longest part of doing the repair was finding plumbing shop that carried what I was looking for. They have a lot of older style fixture there and I will be going back

We called Anderson Plumbing because we had a slab leak. Erik Egerstrom, the plumbing technician came out in a timely manner. He spent a lot of time looking for the leak and explaining everything to us. He recommended that we call a leak detection company, which we did. He followed up with us, and came out to give us a quote on repair. He worked with us on pricing and was very professional and honest about what we needed and didn't need. When he came to do the work, he and his apprentice got here at 9:30 AM and worked until 10:30 PM because he wanted to make sure we had water for the weekend. He then followed up after the weekend and finished the rest of the work. Erik was professional, very knowledgeable and best of all honest!! The drywaller and office staff were wonderful as well. We had such an amazing experience with Carlos today. I called this morning with a bath tub clog and the woman who answered was very helpful and gave me a two hour window. Within an hour Carlos called with an eta and sure enough he was there on time. My Dad was there to greet him and he had nothing but awesome things to say about Carlos. He is an honest, friendly and knowledgeable guy who is great at what he does. Not only are the prices reasonable, but they arrive on time. The last plumber we called was late, tried to charge triple the price and then ended up referring us to someone else. I know who we will be calling in the future. Thank you Carlos and Elite Rooter!

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

Mike and his team were awesome. We had a gas leak and SDG&E shut off the gas supply. Mike arrived literally a couple of hours later, gave us a quote and scheduled work the next day. The repair involved digging 2-3 feet deep to replace the gas line. After the work was done they put our garden and plants back and you would never know they were here. Overall outstanding work and we will not hesitate to use Mike again.

They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent.
