Selected this business at random from the many internet plumbing/drain fixing websites. Virtually all of them used the same template for information and setting appointments. This was the first company that responded to my inquiry at 10:30pm for my drain to be fixed the next day. I had an appointment booked within a few minutes and followed up by an acknowledgment from them. Two men worked here for about two hours very professionally. The price was very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.------------

Chris was on time and was able to clear the clogged drain. He was courteous and took care of the problem.

The staff was friendly and responded quickly. They fixed the issue with out problem. However the prices are very high. They charge very high prices for parts, alomst 3x- 4x what you would pay at home depot for the same parts. The hourly rate includes drive time. The rate itself is also a bit high at 180 an hour. Was almost 400 for the hour and 15mins of work. The job was the repair of a broken sprinkler pipe. Will not be using again.

Terrible. Had a guy out on July 6 to look at our shower faucet/fixture for repair. He disassembled and took the parts to try and find new ones, saying he would be in touch in a couple of days. Crickets.We called 3 times and were told the technician would get back with us soon. More crickets.Called again and were told that technician had a family emergency and would be in touch when he returned. More crickets.Called today, July 31, and was told the technician quit. He still has our fixture, which I can not now repair as they are an uncommon brand and hard to find. We have not been able to use the bathroom shower/tub for almost a month. The manager is going to look into it and was supposed to call me today or tomorrow.Unbelievably unprofessional for the nobody wows clients like we do company.

My appointment was scheduled for 1100 and Ehsan and Carlos arrived early. They were extremely professional and cleared drains in both bathrooms very quickly and efficiently. The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using these guys for any future plumbing needs.

This was our first use of BH Plumbing and there are no regrets. Like most there were the text and phone confirmations of appointment day/time. The call from the serviceman (Travis), etc. Travis was on time, we discussed the issue and went about assessing the problem and fix. We had a leak coming through a anchor in the wall and was now dripping down the wall (from the spare bathroom). A quick look at the ring that the bees wax compresses on noted the ring was very corroded and possibly the fix. Even if it wasn't the fix, it clearly needed to be replaced and happy it was discovered now. It did not fix the problem. Sadly the wall had to be cut where we discovered the anchor I put in the wall protruded the sewage line pipe. What I appreciated was the way t he matter was diagnosed. The overall cost was fair given the job. I found Travis professional and engaging of his customer. I would definitely have BH Plumbing back.

I called paws when we needed someone ASAP and Greg came within 30 min. He was professional and took care of the leak promptly so further damage was prevented and I could start using my new washer!

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Mike Sleeper did a camera inspection and cleared toilet drain issue. He is VERY professional and VERY respectful of our situation! We will be asking for him to do future work.

Charlie arrived on time and fixed the leaky kitchen sink and repaired drain.

Had a Moen smart water value installed by Gilbert from Collins Pacific. First time using Collins Pacific and I highly recommend! Team was professional, on time and reasonably priced. Will for sure consider them on future projects, thank you
