I called Discount Plumbing hoping for a quick visit since the kitchen sink was not operational. Jose came to the residence in a couple of hours as promised and quickly fixed a cracked drain pipe and replaced the garbage disposal. Jose was on time, communicated everything clearly, and did a quality job fixing our problem. I would highly recommend Discount Plumbing and Jose!

We had a clogged drain in our shop. Team Rooter was close to our shop so I reached out to them not knowing anything about them. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people to deal with. Professional, courteous and very timely. They were at my shop working on the problem within 30 minutes of the call. Hector went way over the call of duty when taking care of our issue. He also explained future preventative maintenance to my production people. Knowledgeable and friendly. Speaks both Spanish and English. Would highly recommend this Company.

I am very pleased to recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. My first experience was with Justin who came to service my disposal. He did an excellent job and I was confident when I later scheduled to have him replace my water heater. Justin is very skilled and knowledgeable. He has a friendly manner and is able to explain all options and answer all questions thoroughly. Justin helped me to obtain the best deal and to use the credit I received from a previous service. When my water heater was installed Justin was assisted by Bethany who was also very professional and knowledgeable. I asked Bethany lots of questions, some of which I thought might be silly, but she patiently and knowledgeably answered each one. We have used Bill Howe a number of times for various projects around our home. We bought our house in December 2020 and have since had people come out to do the following: look at damaged floor beams from a leaking toilet, replace the toilet, hook up our gas dryer (including drilling out a new exhaust port), evaluate our leaking AC system, and replace the entire HVAC system. We've been impressed with the service every time.They are good about being on time, notifying us when they are on their way (which is helpful when you have dogs that need to get put away), and everyone is always very friendly and professional. I feel that everyone who has come out has taken their time to make sure that the job is done right every time, and they always answer all of our questions.A few times we have had people come out to evaluate something (such as the leaking toilet), and they did not charge us for the advice. In the case of the toilet, we had tried fixing it ourselves, the tech came out and told us he thinks it would be cheaper/easier to replace it, but he was happy to try to fix it for us if that's what we wanted. We were not charged for this and opted to purchase the toilet ourselves and then have someone come out to install it. There was no pressure for us to have Bill Howe install it, we felt we were encouraged to do whatever made sense for us (install ourselves vs. hiring someone).Recently we had the entire HVAC system replaced, which is not a small or cheap job. Our system was 20+ years old and leaking. We had it evaluated by Enoch and the recommended course of action was to replace the system, we were given a quote the same day. We were never once pressured to go with Bill Howe for the job. We thought about it for a few days and eventually decided to go for it, Bill Howe was able to come out the next day and did the job in 2 days. They were timely and professional the whole way through.Everyone we have worked with at Bill Howe has been wonderful, we will continue to use them for our projects in the future.

Mr. Rooter came to replace the inside mechanism of my toilet. They charged me a very large sum of money ($423.68) that included parts and labor. But besides the large amount - they did a pretty lousy job. They did not set up the water limits correctly, nor did they test it before they finished - so when the toilet was filled, it filled too much and water was leaking from the hole of the handle. Water was leaking for a long time until we discovered it. By then, the water leaked through the walls into the first floor - and now we have a mold problem. Recovering from their lousy job will cost me a ton of money and time.

The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. I’m in the process of purchasing a home and requested Emory’s Plumbing & Camera inspection in order to get a better idea of the state of the plumbing of the home I’m buying. However, I was not present at either inspection because I was on the East Coast for work.Emory Plumbing did what was expected of them; hence, me giving Emory three stars. They conducted an inspection and provided results. However, the manner in which this was conducted and the quality of the report left more to be desired. The visual inspection was completed without any issues. But when it came to the camera inspection, the technician could not complete it because there was no clean out. So, the technician had to come back another day to complete it. Therefore taking more time out of our day. I wonder if this could have been avoided if there were more detailed questions asked of me when I made the appointment and issues like this were anticipated by technicians. Additionally, Emory gives their clients time windows (standard, of course), but having to make another appointment for a house I don’t own was an inconvenience to many more people than just my real estate agent.Considering that I could not be present for these appointment, it would have been helpful to get a quick phone call from the technician to give me a summary of the state of the plumbing. I did not need a full list but a courtesy call would have been helpful to assuage my concerns about the plumbing of the home I am about to buy. Instead, I had to call multiple times and when told that I would receive a call back, I heard nothing from Emory. When I did speak to someone, it was not even a technician. However, she did have a good grasp of the issues but could not speak to the specific detail of the home’s plumbing. Her customer service the best out of the all the people I dealt with, but it did not come without a bit of prompting on my end.I received the report 48 hours after the inspection. The report consisted of 1 page just stating the issue and a repair cost estimate. There were no pictures, no detail about the proposed repair for items that were more technical in nature, no explanation of the repair cost estimate nor did they include labor in their estimate. In sum, a substandard product.I would like to give Emory Plumbing the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps had I been present for the inspections, I would have had a better experience. But when I explained my situation, they did little to address my needs. It does not take much effort to return calls nor to provide a bit more detail in a report. I would recommend that Emory review their inspections reports to provide more detail and be more transparent in their repair estimates and to include an estimate on labor costs. Additionally, I would recommend that Emory improve their customer service procedures to include a follow up with their clients.

The Plumbing Tree employees are very professional and courteous.
I really appreciated that they work over their normal hours to complete the job. Everything was explained from how to use the new product to details about the billing. There is no doubt that I will use them again.
