Best Sewer Installation in San Diego CA

Today is Saturday July 31st I had a leak in my garbage disposal. My Landlord called discount plumbing, and we had someone out within 5 minutes Jose was extremely professional. And friendly. I give this company 5 stars. I highly recommend this plumbing service

Team Rooter will be my only call moving forward for plumbing problems or needs. They quickly scheduled and cleared my piping blockage. They were very professional, communicative and clean.Andrew Diaz, specifically, was as good as it gets when you've in this situation. He was on time, very professional, clean, but most importantly genuine. He let me know what the best options were to deal with an ongoing problem and suggested some temp options until I decided which permanent solution I wanted to pursue in the next few days. He cleared my drain and cleaned up so well it was as if it never happened. Went above and beyond my expectations! I could see him running a company some day. We are in escrow to purchase a house. My agent set it up with PIC who quoted $350 for a sewer scope to our agent. 30 minutes before the appointment, the plumber called to tell me that the cost is $1200. When I asked why the costs went up, the plumber said it was because this was an escrow and the bid could get used for us to bid for another company to do the repair. Regardless if the home is in escrow or if a person already owns the home, a sewer scope can always be used for another company to do a repair. Bad excuse and poor business ethics. This is an attempt at taking advantage of people on a tight timeline, who may or may not be informed of what the quoted rate. A sewer scope should never be more than $400.

The plumbing at our home backed up while I was out of town. Due to the emergency nature and it happening over a holiday weekend, I called multiple plumbers to see if they could fix the issue quickly. One came out, but couldn't determine the issue. Core couldn't come out until the following Tuesday, but immediately Don noted it was a sump pump issue. He was honest that he wasn't the best man for the job and immediately set up an appointment for Greg to come out. Greg diagnosed the issue, clearly communicated the options and fixed the issue with quality supplies and expert install. He was fast, efficient and pleasant. Honestly, I've never met a plumber I liked (always seemly trying to up charge everything) until I met Don and Greg. These guys are golden. They know what they are doing, they are honest and truly genuine people. I will call Core will all my future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!

Purchased a new home as used Collins Pacific to repair some items that came up on the inspection. They were professional and showed up on time for the day of service. Recommended!

Made a call in the morning (10-11am) and was given to dispatch and a confirmation number, with a time time of Anytime-- That translated into having no idea when someone would show up. Four people are waiting to get their sink unclogged and I continue to call in and get forwarded to dispatch. Called that someone will be out there in an hour, an hour passes again, and it is now 6:20pm. This is literally 5mi away from the house. I still have no clue why someone hasn't shown up. Why is there a 49.99 service fee included when you have to ruin your entire day waiting on people that don't show up or even mention when they might show up?!

Lou was very knowledgeable and courteous. He went over everything before starting, and answered my extensive questions. He worked very fast, and his work was very neat and clean. Everything lines up correctly, there was no mess, it all runs as it should. He stayed right on budget, too! Because I asked, he gave me a clear idea of what else needs fixing, but didn't pressure me at all to fix it now. No up-selling, just solid information from a professional. I really appreciated him.

I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Omar did his job and his personality put it over the top. Stay Cool Omar!! (Congrats again on the 2 new little ones)

Everything about the company was great. I requested a quote on replacing my old hot water heater and Ryan provided a clear and fair estimate on all my options. Ironically my old one started leaking the very next day and he was able to schedule me very quickly. He installed a new tankless and it works great. He was professional and courteous and very efficient. He was recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
