Luke from Team Rooter came out to check a slow drain and toilet. He arrived at the scheduled time and spent about 10 minutes assessing the situation.I was expecting to have to rooter the drains, but the water was flowing OK, with no stoppage. His recommendation was to give it a couple plunges and watch what we put down the toilet. He offered to pull the toilet and run a camera down there to see if there was any blockage, but since the water was flowing as expected, he thought that service would be excessive today.I agreed and thanked him for his honest appraisal. He also mentioned that they could do same day service if this happens again, so just give him a call back. No charge, just advise.Thanks Luke and the TR Plumbing team!

Robert did a fantastic job removing and replacing our water heater. The price was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. I was so impressed with the quality of the work that I had him also install a new faucet and tighten up three facets that I could never get tight enough to keep them from moving. I highly recommend Robert, and Ron, who stopped by to assist during the water heater replacement.

HiI hired BILLHOWE on Dec 23 after my condo flooded.The dry out crew were excellent, informative and knowledgeable.The rebuild was a disaster.After getting the bid, BILLHOWE restoration subtracted to different companies.Individual vendors came from different companies and did not speak English. They would come for few hours and had no idea what it was done or what to do.I spent daily when the build up was in process to show them the work.The build up took from January till middle of April to complete with extremely poor workmanship.I was homeless from Dec 23 to April 14, 2022.Now in January 23 I see some cracks in the ceiling and worries me.Do they suppose to give me a certification of completion?

I had them out to clear my main line clog. They came out the same day and took care of my problem. Thanks for the speedy response. ?

I recently had work done by Rooter Hero. What started out as a unclog drain repair turned into a nightmare of cast-iron pipes that were old, cracked and worn out. Bryant and Dylan were the initial techs that came out and I was very impressed with their knowledge, honesty and professionalism. This was the final phase of a major sewer line repair/repipe.I would like to commend Plumbing Trees customer service. Everyone I delt with was courteous, and helpful. This phase was handled by Mickey R. I can't say enough about this young man's work ethic. He worked in near 100 degree heat, by himself, a tough job, and never complained. The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right.
