Very responsive and excellent communication skills. They didn't even charge me for a house visit when they realized my tenant didn't run the garbage disposal and that was causing the issue. Anyone else would have charged. I will definitely use them again.Update: I used PIC again. I called late at night and they not only responded immediately but sent someone out the next morning. These guys are honest, reliable and explain everything. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

I have used this company for years and always been very satisfied with their service. Fabian came with an assistant to do several jobs: repair leaking toilets, replace two sets of faucets, and replace the pressure valve on our house water filter. They got everything done within one day, and started with the tasks that required turning off our water so that it could be turned on again as quickly as possible. They left everything neat and clean. We are happy as usual with the service from this company.

Arturo was awesome! He called me not long after I had called for the appointment, and told me he was on his way. He was at least a half an hour earlier than they told me the earliest person could get to me. he was friendly and considerate and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. Would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with Paws Plumbing. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and scheduled me for the following day. They later let me know they had a cancellation and could come out the same day I contacted them. I had a complicated shower head that my contractor did not install fully in my recent remodel. Brandon came out and figured out how to fix it! He was a pleasure to work with and did a great job!

Best slab leak detection and repair services! Excellent service by the EZ team. Experts reached within 30 minutes and had done a precise inspection to locate the leak. I was sincerely blown away by their detailed explanation of the problem as well as the solution. They were quick at their job and well-equipped. Collins provided excellent customer service and a high quality of workmanship on some complex plumbing (cast iron sewer line replacement, new tankless Hot water heater and two washer hookups). I received several quotes and their pricing was very competitive, Aaron was the consummate professional and Jose and Jordan were top shelf technicians. Very knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Lou was excellent! He showed up on time, explained everything, went to get the parts he needed and came back and fixed our issues. He repaired our garbage disposal, shower sprayer for our standalone bathtub, and our toilet handle. Everything was complete within two hours (including time to go get the parts). Definitely recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Lou specifically and will be using them again for any needs we have in the future!

Ryan was great! Very responsive ahead of the appointment. Answered all questions. Showed up on time. Did quick, professional work, and cleaned up the workspace afterwards. Very nice guy with a good sense of humor. The appointment was easy to schedule online and the receipt came immediately after via email. Have already recommended Ryan and APG to others in our building.

I am impressed with their expertise and prompt service. I am renovating a condo and just moved to San Diego. My contractor would not install the Ikea sink I had already bought because it was a complicated European design with non standard parts. I had already assembled and attached the cabinet to the wall. It wasn't until I did that, that the contractor looked it over and said his guys would not be able to work on it. I panicked. I had spent over a month researching what I wanted and this Ikea vanity was it. The next morning, I found Black Mountain Plumbing online and viewed an information video on their website. I thought that if this company trains plumbers, they should be able to figure out the plumbing to my Ikea sink. I called them and was asked to email the owner photos of the existing plumbing, the unit, and parts. I did. They called back within an hour after reviewing the photos and said they could do it. An hour later, two of their plumbers showed up, and in less than an hour, the installation was successfully completed. I breathed a sigh of relief and was thrilled that I was able to keep my Ikea sink and cabinet as planned. From now on, this company will be my first plumbers to call, and I recommend it be the first plumbers to call to everyone in the area.
