This was our first time using Powers Plumbing. We were searching for someone specializing in old gravity heaters after an SDG&E inspection deemed necessary. First company said it was unfixable as part was no longer available. We found Powers online. Due to illness of staff, we were rescheduled twice, which had us a little concerned. The day scheduled to come the best tech for our job was delayed at an earlier call. Despite it being late in the day, he came! And, the communication was fantastic letting us know. He went to work and unfortunately, it was far more time consuming than we’d ever imagined. It was dark out, and the heater is under house. We were hoping somehow he could come back the next day, but never articulated that. He actually stayed longer to finish the job. It was so late, maybe 8 pm, that we thought maybe missed him leaving. All I can say is, he was amazing!!! He went above and beyond. We appreciate it so much as the heater was out since before Christmas. So, Powers Plumbing and the technician E.B. are held in the highest regard by our family. He left, the heat was working, and he was off to another job! Thank you Eric, Gail and Powers Plumbing! We are so impressed and grateful!!!

Core Plumbing came to my rescue at almost 4:00 in the afternoon when I was almost sure that I would not be able to get help that day, leaving my tenants without water another night! David came out replaced the angle stops that had broken and were just pouring water into the cabinet. David also finished installing the kitchen sink which I had run into major problems with despite the kind help from two friends.

We use this company when we run into problems at the business I work for, and they have always had great results. Eric and his partner showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and how to resolve it. They were extremely professional and very efficient in resolving the issue. I highly recommend them. The issue turned out to be bigger than originally thought. It required the valve to be replaced in the tub/shower faucet. All is good now! These guys are great!

This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

I called EZ Plumbing USA through their website for fixing a pipe leak. The kitchen pipe had an undetected leak due to which it would drip 24/7 but I didn’t know the source. Their plumber instantly identified it. The leak was big. I thought he may ask me to change the pipeline but he didn’t. He only replaced the pipe and fixed the other parts as well. I appreciate his hard work. You should try them if you need a plumber in Orange County.
