Paid ~$489 for a 20 minute job to replace a cold water tap. They were professional but way over priced

Talk about turning negative to positive. Althought there were some scheduling issues and a minor billing adjustment to be made, the overall experience has me feeling happy. I was contacted by the owner Janet couple of times and they made it work. Both plumbers and parts guy were extremely professional, and I would recommend them again.

We've relied on Anderson to provide prompt, reliable and thorough service on numerous occasions. They've never let us down! We recently had a kitchen water leak that ruined some flooring. They are fully equipped to acurately investigate and isolate the problem . Our technician (Ken S.) arrived quickly to determine and correct the source of the problem. Thankfully, it was not a slab leak. It's a comfort to have a trusted and responsive service provider.

I had a wonderful experience with Tony. He was friendly and incredibly helpful with the problem at hand. He fixed a really awful leak in a matter of 20 minutes. I had spent days agonizing over this problem so I can't begin to tell you how relieved I was by his expertise. He was also incredibly informed about his craft and explained many of the differing plumbing systems in the San Diego area, which was really interested to learn about. I also wanted to thank his dispatcher, Angela, for being very helpful and prompt when setting up my appointment with Tony. Overall I would recommend both Tony and Angela to anyone with plumbing or any other household maintenance need!

My two toilets upstairs had been slowly dripping from the fill valves and running constantly. I assumed the valves needed to be replaced. When Greg showed up this morning (on-time and wearing a mask) he quickly discovered that it was probably a water pressure issue more than a valve issue. He checked the water pressure and discovered it was extremely high. He explained the reasons why very clearly and told me what needed to be done to fix. He completed all the repairs and water pressure is at a normal level now. I highly recommend Greg and Paws for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

Our upstairs shower had a clogged drain, so I called Rooter Hero based off of a flyer I received in the mail. Aaron was so professional and friendly. He did a great job of informing me of what the issue was and his plans to resolve. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received today. I will request him personally if we have any future needs.
