Best Residential Drain in San Diego CA

Jose from this company created a wonderful experience for me. I had been trying to install a bidet, but my water line was nearly impossible to disconnect and I did a lot of damage to it trying to unscrew it. I called this company for a quote/some insight as to if they would be able to disconnect my water line and replace it. Jose called me back promptly and gave me a quote to unscrew it (which was $0!) and walked me through what would need to happen if he couldn’t disconnect it.He ended up needing to take out the toilet from the ground- a timely and difficult job- and gave me a huge discount so it was affordable for me. And even installed my bidet afterwards!Throughout this process, I also had to reschedule several times and every time Jose was flexible and prompt with when he could come help that worked with my schedule. I am so pleased with my experience with everyone at this company, especially Jose. I would absolutely recommend them for any needs you have!

Team Rooter is the best. My garbage disposal broke and I called Team Rooter at 730am, and by noon, Steve had come out and replaced the disposer. It was no hassle, and Steve is a super friendly guy. I highly recommend them.

Had a pipe leak in the ceiling and called for same-day service. Was emailed that they would arrive from 1-3 then changed with no notice to 3-5. Didn’t show until 5:15. Temporary “fix” of a pinhole leak cost us $225 and is still leaking. Not using this company again.

By far the best plumbing business I have been to. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was working a plumbing issue with a friend and there were difficulties locating the damaged parts. Not only dis they have the parts they even had a complete replacement kit and we were able to repair both bathrooms. They are the best.

On September 24,2022 at approximately 0800 hours, I contacted Elite Rooter to repair a leak from the kitchen ceiling that was discovered September,23 2022 in the afternoon. I shut off main water valve in the evening. On September 24, at approximately 0800 hours, I spoke with a receptionist who is employed by pluming company Elite Rooter. The receptionist advised a plumber would be coming over to my residence. At approximately 1010 hours Elite Rooter plumber Dave Delgado texted me advising he would be arriving within 15 to 20 minutes. Delgado arrived at 1030 hours. The water leak was coming from a recessed light fixture in the kitchen ceiling. Delgado used a water scanning tool but was not ascertain the direct location of the leak. Delgado contacted Fred Cruz who is the owner of So Cal Flood Company because Delgado advised the ceiling would need to be cut. Cruz arrived at around 1130 hours. Cruz inspected the ceiling area and marked out an area to be cut. Cruz advised he would have to call someone to come and cut ceiling area (4 feet by 4 feet) and the cost would be $1500.00. At 1150 hours, both men left and Delgado said he would return after the cut was made. At approximately 1413 hours Cruz texted me and Delgado advising his employee would arrive in 20 minutes. Delgado texted and advised he would not be able to return until Monday morning. I asked if someone else could come by to repair the pipe leak. After not hearing back from Delgado I called him and he advised that no other plumber was available and that he would return Monday. At 1445 hour a So Cal company employee arrived. It took the employee approximately 40 minutes to prepare, cut, and clean area. The employee used a reciprocating saw. After he finished, I texted Cruz and advised that he could come Wednesday (to patch the hole. I told Cruz that Delgado would not return until Monday the 26th. I was left without water for about 58 hours. I couldn’t eat, cook, clean, take showers, wash clothes, and use the toilets. My family and I had to leave our home to do those things.On September 26, 2022 at around 0900 hours Delgado showed up with his supervisor. The supervisor advised he could not use a torch on the copper pipe because of the insulation. The supervisor cut section of old pipe and used a tool to crimp a new section of pipe. Delgado just stood there and watched his supervisor do the work which totaled $700.00. After the Plummers left I contacted Fred Cruz of So Cal Flood Company. He advised he would get me someone to bring a dehumidifier and fan for the damp water in ceiling and find someone to patch the hole. An employee named Jason came over and hook up machines to dry ceiling. After a few texts on Monday, Cruz did not find someone and stopped texting me.I believe Elite Rooter San Diego and So Cal Flood Company have very poor business ethics. I was left without running water for two days and I was charged $1500 dollars (property manager had to reimburse me) to cut only because to patch was more money. Really $1500 just to cut a ceiling! I had to find someone else to patch the hole. I would not recommend either of these companies unless you have money to throw away. These men sounded professional but the bottom line is they will take you for an expensive ride and leave you hanging.

DJ, our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He listened to all my concerns, explained things, and clearly showed he was an expert. Then when another problem arose with our other bathroom, he phoned the office for me, explained the situation, and got us a technician for the next day!! Love DJ, love Bill Howe Plumbing!!!

We decided to install a new water heater last month as there were many issues with our old water heater. So, I called All Star Plumbing & Restoration. Chris came within an hour and assessed the old water heater, and explained our options for repair or upgrade, we chose to upgrade. Chris ensured that our new water heater was safe and efficient for our family. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, neighbors, and family members.

Clogged Toilet. Andrew Johnson was very knowledgeable and immediately new the problem as well as gave us tips to help keep pipes clean. Very satisfied with work and service. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

On time, efficient, my second time calling them.

Ryan is great; I wouldn’t use anyone else. He does good work and stands by it, he’s quick to respond and his system of keeping you posted by text is efficient and helpful. He was on time to the minute and had all the parts he needed for the job. Highest recommendation.

Eric and Matt could not have been more professional, friendly and focused on their work. We would certainly be pleased to have either or both return for any future plumbing issues. I’m also appreciative of Joe’s time with me to cover the scoping of our sewer line. Great company, glad to have them working on our home.

Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!
