the cover plate for shower handle needed sealant as tenant had mistreated shower wand and was spraying backward toward wall and flooding below. Sealed cover plate and replaced shower wand with new one provided. Discovered and fixed problem in less than an hour! Super nice guys and very professional. Love the slogan and they love dogs too! My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

My wife and I are trying to sell our home and Aaron and Rooter Hero just saved us $5000. Aaron came out and looked at everything the home inspector said needed repair and found the two actual issues and had them fixed within the hour. The company was quick to respond to our request with same day service. Aaron was professional and efficient. This experience has made a crazy process a whole lot better. Aaron even walked through everything with my wife so she can deal with the realtor and the inspector that tried to scam us. I will call them again if I have any issues in the future.

We have used them multiple times over the years.... we mainly used them for emergencies (leaky water heater, backed up drains) but we have also used them to install new toilets and piping. The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.
