I wanted to do an update on my 5 star review. Change it to 1 star as I was charged 202 bucks to relight my water heater. I figured it was standard for the business but was shocked to learn was way overcharged. I was not present at the time. My girlfriend was and she definitely was taken advantage of. She was just happy to have hot water. Then I was given an estimate to replace a 2 year old water heater and they wanted 3300 bucks. You can get water heater for about 650 to 750 at home depot and get it installed for 200 bucks. This company really does wow with sticker price. Shocking. They did say they would apply the 202 towards install. Wow. Definitely do your research.

The sink in the kitchen of the first floor condo in our building was overflowing from a clog. Anderson, who advertises 24/7 service, said they could send someone the next evening. I called Bill Howe & a wonderful young man, Tony, arrived in an hour and one half, 7pm. He unclogged that problem & while in the garage noticed another issue we had & fixed that too. I’m very impressed & pleased with their promptness & caring attitude. Tony couldn’t have been better. Thanks

We called in the morning hoping to have someone come out that day or the next. They originally scheduled an appointment for the next day, but an hour or so later they called us to say they had an opening that day and could come out even sooner! When Michael arrived he checked out our water heater because we wanted to make sure it was working properly. Then he addressed what we were primarily concerned with. He was quick to understand the issue we were having with our toilet and got right to work. It didn’t take him long at all to fix the issues and then he asked if there was anything else he could help with - as we had just moved into a new house a few days prior and he wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly. We realized our water wasn’t connected to the fridge when we moved in and he was eager to help. The cable was actually missing and he had to go to the store to buy one, but did so very quickly. He even was kind enough to use his drill to remove a couple of cabinet doors above the fridge (when it was pulled out of the spot) because they couldn’t open fully. He went above and beyond what we called him for and he worked quickly while doing an excellent job. My sister had used Paws plumbing a few times for various plumbing issues and also has had every person go above and beyond what they needed to do. They are the only company I’m going to call for my future plumbing needs. I would 100% recommend this company.

I was clueless about who to call when I suspected a slab leak. Luckily my insurance agent suggested this company. So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

They came and fixed my unclogged drain. Mr. Daniel was great he knew what he was doing and he assured me that if something goes wrong within 90 to call his company and they'll come fix the problem. The price was better than anyone I called and they give free estimates. Overall great experience with them. Thanks Rooter Hero.

After I made a service call to my home warranty, they sent out a company named “Roman Rooter” who tried to scam me. They claimed they needed to access the roof to clear a sink drain and wanted to charge me $189 on top of my co-pay. I refused and called Charlie who came out the same day and fixed it in about 10 minutes for half the price (and he never accessed the roof, which he informed didn’t even connect to the sink anyway). The world needs more honest and kind human beings like Charlie.

Really nice personality and definitely will work with them next time.

Corey K did a professional and speedy diagnosis of my water pressure problem on Feb 16, 2015. The company he works for, My Plumber San Diego, has done previous jobs with utmost professionalism and consideration. Sometimes I wonder if Mr. Testa, the owner, has all his people go to professional charm school (LOL); they are all so thoughtful including putting paper booties over their shoes before they enter the house.

Sammy did a great job installing a toilet.
Will be calling him again soon to install another toilet.

Adrian Jauregui came and did a plumbing job at my house, he is very knowledgeable and professional hard worker.

Ryan was great - super responsive, knowledgeable, worked closely with our HOA, and did a great job overall. The company is also well-priced, and came in lower than the company my HOA was currently using. Will definitely use again in the future.
