All I can say is WOW! They had a technician come out within the hour and fixed my plumbing problem. Cliff was polite, professional and knew what he was doing. We had a backed up sewer line and they were able to fix it for only $69! Will definitely hire Team Rooter again for my future plumbing problems.

We had an emergency sink clog/leak issue in our condo unit in Downtown San Diego and called Paws last minute. Will with Paws was quick to get back to us after we reached out via Yelp and was able to give us a precise 2-hour window when the technician could be there for a free inspection. I later got a call saying that the plumber would actually be able to arrive two hours ahead of schedule which was perfect given the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. Upon arrival, Eric quickly assessed and quoted our issue at a far more competitive price than the competition. After fixing the clog/leak, Eric cleaned up the sink and cabinet area with cleaner--something I haven't seen with many other plumbing companies around town.All around top-notch service, great pricing, and an unclogged drain!

Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

Henry (Manager) and his team (Victor and others) diagnosed and corrected a difficult plumbing and drain line (internal/external) problem in/at my mother's home. The problem (sewage back up from a non-draining toilet) started on a Saturday. We called and the crew responded. Henry's crew stopped the back-up leak. Then, the crew diagnosed the problem--i.e. the drain line from the house to the street was restricted in numerous spots with grout or mortar from original installation. Henry strategized and then implemented the least expensive approaches to cleaning out the debris from the drain line. It was not a simple roto-root and gone fix. It required a jetter then a descaler followed by a jetter. Henry explained the strategy and process to us step-by-step. With this strategy we avoided a big-dig (excavate and replace old line) repair and expense. The process took several days and involved different teams and tools. But it was a success. The work is warranted. We are grateful. We are thankful. -ak

I had a pipe that broke due to chlorine & other substances in our water. Mike Spear from My Plumber did an outstanding job checking our water quality and explaining how to prevent a recurrence by installing a water purification system. He carefully examined all our sinks for deteriorating valves and found several that needed replacement. He also looked at our 3 showers that had other problems.Mike had a great conversational style, carefully explaining everything in great detail and patiently answering all questions. He was very efficient, installing our purification system and doing multiple plumbing repairs---all on the first visit. His work quality was excellent.
