We have a 40yr old home in which the kitchen drain had not been cleaned for quite sometime. Over the years, the grease and sludge had built up within the pipes and maintenance was needed. We looked on the internet and contacted Team Rooter. The service person who came out was Alex who worked diligently over several hours to clear the stubborn clog using a hydro jet. Later, Kenny another Team Rooter employee came out to assist. When things didn't look too good and the conversation of an alternative solution such as re-routing pipes came up, their persistence with Hydro Jet came through and cleared the clog. We appreciate both Alex and Kenny's professionalism, hard work, and also assuring us that it will be fixed correctly. Thank you both Alex and Kenny from Team Rooter.

During the time that he was to arrive at my house to give me an estimate, I get a call from him. Before he made the effort to come by, he wanted me to explain what I wanted done. I had already explained what I needed done when I messaged you on Yelp so I was confused. He said that way he could give me a rough estimate over the phone. If I didn’t like the estimate on the phone, he didn’t have to waste his time coming out. He was rude and condescending. I told him I would look elsewhere.

I read Elite Rooter's previous reviews and said yeah right - but they were the only ones with a 5.0 review and could come within an hour and a half of my call. Carlos showed up on time, answered all my questions, and proceeded to snake my main line which was completely stopped. The snake wouldn't budge it. So he called his supervisor, Devin who came with the camera at no additional charge. The camera went black right away at which time we negotiated pressure jetting the clog. Both men worked with me tirelessly to unclog my drain. I was at their mercy. They stayed until the pipe was cleared - long past a normal work day. My husband came home as they were cleaning up and they reinserted the camera to show him the condition of our pipe! I was beyond impressed with the service received. If you go with another plumber I hope you don't regret it. These guys were the best.

Dave and Chris called to let me know they were on the way and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked rapidly and efficiently to fix 3 faucets that had reduced water flow. Then they replaced the garbage disposal at no cost. I had forgotten that the previous disposal had been purchased earlier this year, but they looked it up and replaced it immediately. That kind of old- fashioned customer service is why we have been Bill Howe customers for more than 20 years.

Mr Rooter was awesome from the moment I called through to finishing the work. They set up a time, called before they arrived to confirm they were coming, were there as scheduled, performed the work in a clean/professional manner and charged a reasonable price. Jesus, the plumber who came to our house, was great. He put on booties when he came into our house so he wouldn't bring dirt in - never seen that before. He explained everything he was doing, why he did it and gave advise about what we might expect in the future and how to resolve it.
