I needed immediate service on a water main leak and Jose with Discount Plumbing and Rooter was not only quick to respond and give me a quote with plenty of information, but he provided excellent customer service, used cutting edge technology for piece of mind, and was super quick. These guys came out quickly, were friendly, and to their credit, did fix the problem after a couple of hours of diagnostics...BUT they charged me and my neighbor $2000 total for a job that took about 10 minutes. When it came down to it the $2000 went towards two guys cutting a foot segment out of the city catch with a metal rod with a sharpened end and washing it down with a pressure sprayer. That’s barely a $500 job, let alone $2000. We paid in good faith that the exorbitant amount of money would go towards further work. Lots of scare tactic talk and inflated prices. The owner promised that the $1000 we each paid would go toward the rest of the repairs needed. We’ve asked for estimates several times over the past month without acknowledgment. I feel their practices are quite predatory.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

I called this company and asked them to get an argent plumber. the plumber got to me in within 2 hours.The plumber gave me all the options and told me all the risks of trying to fix it instead of replacing it.He was very thorough in his job, he set on the floor a clean the garbage disposal. and found several pieces of metal and wood instead. and he kept digging to find more.he kept the are clean and was very friendly.This review is my way to appreciate the good job he did.

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure.
