I called Discount Plumbing for a kitchen faucet problem. Jose came to repair it within the hour. While he was here I asked him to replace three shut off valves and install a new water pressure regulator. Jose does fantastic work. Things I like about this company: No Home Depot runs, they have what they need on the truck. They respond quickly. Their plumbers are professional and courteous, and they explain everything upfront and give a quote before doing the work. And, once you give the okay, they start the job immediately and finish quickly..Highly recommend Jose, because he’s the person that made this five star review possible.

Steve Johnson did a great job unclogging a hose under my sink. He saved me money since I thought I had to replace it. Team Rooter was quick to respond. My issue was resolved within 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.

Oscar Covar arrived exactly as planned and was amazingly efficient, organized and tidy.I was concerned b/c when Eric came out to price the job he had indicated it would take a helper and a master plumber to do the job in a day. I called the office when only Oscar arrived and was assured that Oscar was capable of completing the work in a day on his own, which he did, except for the arrival of Tim to help load the old toilet (a very heavy one piece unit) into the truck at the end of the day. I am very impressed with the quality of the work. Oscar was very knowledgable and an excellent plumber. When I need a plumber in the future I will be contacting Powers.I was also very grateful that Eric came out to provide the estimate a day after I called. He also was very knowledgable and honest about what was needed and pointing out other potential issues that could be deferred without any high pressure sales talk.

Kevin, Marc and Anthony were awesome! Very courteous honest and friendly. After spending three days with them while they did very large job in the hottest temperatures they kind of feel like part of the family. They did great work and always kept me informed of what they were doing and why. Can’t wait to work with them again on my next project.

Our kitchen sink had been draining slowly for quite some time so we decided to call a plumber. Saw an ad so we phoned this company. Jesus, the technician, ran an electric snake down the drain from a clean-out and cleared it quickly. We thought we had roots in the line from prior plumbing experiences with our drain lines so Javier, a supervisor, checked it with a camera and to our surprise the cast iron line was okay. We are likely to have our house remodeled in the future and would not hesitate to have Mr. Rooter Plumbing take care of any plumbing changes. Both employees were courteous and professional.

Our tankless water heater stopped working last night and they were able to work us into their schedule the next morning! Michael arrived and was very professional, informed, and experienced. He fixed the issue within 1 hour and the hot water was back!!

I have used Collins Pacific Plumbing on three occasions. First, they gave me a fair price on a new hot water heater. They installed it correctly. When the automatic pilot light didn't light automatically, they immediately ordered a new part (under warranty) and installed it. Then, I upgraded my gas meter. I hired Collins Pacific to unhook all my gas appliances, wait for a contractor to test the pressure in the pipes, and reattach the appliances after the new meter had been installed. They were the same price as others, but they included extra services in the price. Finally, an outside hose bib would not shut off. It was leaking about two gallons of water per hour. Some other plumbers wouldn't come out the same day, or would charge me an emergency call fee. Not Collins Pacific; they came out the same day and fixed the problem (a new hose bib had to be soldered on the copper pipe) and the price charged was very reasonable. They are now my go-to guys for all plumbing issues. Aaron has always been my contact; he is responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong if you give them a shot.

Corey K (Tech) did excellent emergency plumbing repairs on one of our small commercial buildings. During repairs he discover the service valve from the city was seriously leaking and need to be replaced. It would have been weeks before we would have discovered it on our own. These guys are amazing. I've used Courtesy Plumbing twice and both times was so impressed I felt compelled to write a review. Scheduling is fast and efficient, and the plumber always calls ahead to confirm arrival time. The plumbers wear booties, don't make a mess and are extremely polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They went through options with me and didn't hesitate to tell me when something didn't actually need fixing. I've had Lou and Michael so far, and both were really charming and very skilled. I'm glad I've finally found a plumbing service I can rely on.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

I could not be happier with these guys. We have an older home with issues. APG have always been polite, helpful, honest and great communicators. We only call them when we need plumbing help.
