By far the best plumbing business I have been to. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was working a plumbing issue with a friend and there were difficulties locating the damaged parts. Not only dis they have the parts they even had a complete replacement kit and we were able to repair both bathrooms. They are the best.

I had a plastic cap from a urinal get stuck in my toiilet took less than 10 minutes to pull out and cost $150 and I did not receive a discount for booking online. Pretty pricey in my opinion but at least the water flows now.

After a number of calls to various plumbing companies I got in contact with Anderson plumbing. I had a leaking pipe and all companies were booked for the new week out or longer. Anderson however took the time to check for any cancellations on a Friday and said they could have someone out later that afternoon. My technician was Ken and he was super friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. Our leak was in the attic and we have a tankless water system. The area where our leak was had been over complicated with a number of bends and unused feed off points. Ken replaced the copper piping and simplified the water flow for less stress on the piping. He took the time to turn on all the faucets after repairs to flush all the air in the lines and showed me the new piping that he replaced to make sure he answered any questions I might have. Anderson plumbing and Ken were very professional. From talking to the booking agent on the phone to having all my questions answer to finding someone to come out so I didnt have to worry for an entire weekend. Great company and I highly recommend them!!!!

upstairs shower was leaking from the upstairs down though the wall damaged the frame of the dinning room and dry wall so bigger job then we thought they took care of the broken pipe and works great happy with Anthony Bautista work 5 ?????star rating on a job well done thank you so much greatly appreciated ??

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

Our entire experience with Rooter Hero was great from start to finish. We put in a request for quotes online via Yelp and Rooter Hero was prompt to follow up. They were able to send Ben and Michael out within a few short hours, and they were very professional upon arrival.We had a clogged drain that we'd tried to unclog for a few weeks. They were able to quickly resolve that issue, and Ben was even willing to not charge for the visit because it was such an easy fix (obviously I need to learn more about maintaining my drains :-)).Moving on to our toilet that was beyond repair, Ben was able to provide us with a variety of options and estimates. Neither was pushy or trying to upsell services. It felt genuine and I felt that I came away with a brief education of taking better care of my home.Once we selected our option, they were able to get everything done SAME-DAY! The new toilet is great, installed perfectly, and there was no mess after they left. They probably left my washroom cleaner than how they found it to be honest. I'm grateful for their work and will definitely be calling on Rooter Hero again for any other plumbing issues we have.

I would highly recommend this company. Corey and Ron did a great job fixing my toilet. They were very thorough and professional. Corey laid out all my options and there was no sales pressure. Before they entered our condo, they put on shoe covers for their boots....very respectful. Also, before I gave them my final signature, they made sure that I flushed the toilet and it was working.They did a great job and I was very pleased.

Jason did the initial inspection and was very accessible for questions regarding a shower renovation and other plumbing questions. Jason was also very prompt on the day of the plumbing job, and did a great job throughout the day. Abraham arrived mid day and the two of them worked extremely well together to get the jobs done in one day. They replaced two toilets, replaced plumbing and faucets in the bathrooms, replaced shower and tub handle, spout, etc, in two showers and a tub, and fixed a third toilet. They were very knowledgeable and friendly ~ I would recommend them to everyone. So glad to have found this company and especially these plumbers. Thank You!!

I love Emory plumbing! I have used their services now both for plumbing and a stove gas line. Each time the technicians were exceptional, and customer service is also always great. So glad I found them.

Price is extremely high but quality is probably good, only time will tell. Would have been maybe four stars except that the tech sold me a monthly preferred customer plan that apparently has a one year minimum? What is this, a gym membership? When I went to cancel it today their rep threatened me with a collection on my credit for cancelling early over a $10 payment... Pretty aggressive and greedy behavior.
