Called Team Rooter's services whom were on time with no hidden costs exceptional work was completed by my technician Hector. I have to say these days not many companies go the extra mile but mine did; because a logical explanation couldn't immediately be found for an ongoing issue I've had for quite some time Hector called his boss whom without further explanation came to my home scoped my pipes with my issues fixed I appreciated a look at the scanes that were made and many more valuable bits of information/advice that Kenny was able to provide. I am a returning customer. This time I had a constantly running toilet. There was an issue with the flush system, but PIC plumbing was extremely professional and quick to quickly resolve it and most importantly did not charge me a dime. That shows they are not here ONLY for the money. They believe is retaining customers for a lifetime.

We have used Anderson Plumbing for all of our recent plumbing issues. Each time, they have been very communicative, on time, and able to resolve the problem quickly and easily. Josue did a great job explaining the issue and letting us know what steps we can take to avoid issues in the future. PLUS they have a 90 day haute tee that if the clog happens again, they will come out and fox it free of charge. Seriously the best service and the best crew!

Corey is very friendly and professional, and found the cause of the ceiling leak in a short time. The repair was completed soon, and he was careful not to cause too much dust and damage during his work. Very trustworthy. In the future, I will contact Bill Howe's service again.

Mr. Rooter arrived quickly after my call to them. The repairs were extensive, but I was very pleased with their work. Cody and Ruben were very courteous and professional. They explained the work they were doing and answered all my questions. We have used Black Mountain Plumbing for 3 years and every time has been positive and 5 -stars.This time around they did a water heater replacement.Service and customer service is excellent and they did things quickly.The reason I give 3 stars is two-fold: 1) the quote for a new water heater did not break out the cost of the unit vs. the labor, and 2) the warranty is 6 years. Unfortunately for me, I did not compare prices of water heaters and warranties before the final decision. There are warranties for 10 years and water heaters that cost less. I probably would have gone with a different water heater.
