Called them and they responded immediately to help. José was professional and took his time unclogging our drain. Everything drains perfectly!

Ask to check 3 faucets for dripping and have been advised just replace the whole faucets, because they can charge you $200 each, easy money. Also when I ask to check the flash toilet, have been advised to change the whole toilet, cost about $1200 then I change the flapper which cost $4 and it has been fixed. Not recommended to anyone to get this expensive not worthy service

PIC plumbing is awesome. Josh is always responsive and takes the time to explain everything, make sure you understand all your options and aims to get the best decision and outcome for the customer, which is extremely reassuring. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again.

Super reliable service! We’re having issues with water leaking from our roof and couldn’t figure out how to turn off the water for the building. I called Powers and Janet was extremely helpful. She was able to give some recommendations and had a gentlemen come out and help us with all our small requests! He was efficient and very knowledgeable during the service call. We found ourselves a new local plumbing company. Thank you again Janet!!

Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

I really don't like writing reviews, but this company is always so professional, on time and get's the job done... and without GOUGING the customer. This last visit I received an automated email showing the name and photo of the technician that was on the way. This was such an amazing touch for me to know who was actually en route. Garrett was right on time, and also explained everything to me so I knew exactly what the charges were going to be. When it came time to pay, there was not a penny more in charges, which I think is a great thing...so many companies tell you the basic charge, but there's always something else to make it more expensive. Not with My Plumber and Garrett. I'll definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

We were hearing gurgling in our pipes every time we flushed a toilet. Dayne came out and did some trouble shooting. He determined that our clean out was likely clogged. Had our plumbing back to normal in an hour or so, all for a very fair price. They'll be my go to plumber from now on. Highly recommended.

I had a really good experience with this company. I was trying to save money on getting a new toilet installed. They were the best price I found after calling 4 other companies. But wait there's more. With a good price also came good service! Which is kinda hard to find. The service technician didn't drag out the appointment, he was very informative, and left my bathroom better than he found it. I definitely will be using them again!!!!!!!
