Steven Johnson was courteous and professional. He was able to clear our drain in a short amount of time. The fee for service was very reasonable and I would use this company and technician again.

Had PIC out fixing a sprinkler head leak and the water heater (was very old) burst. Eric took care of it on the spot and worked to get us a very fairly priced estimate. Team was responsive, professional, and very prompt. Great service!

John Friend (that’s right Friend) showed up within 30 minutes of calling Bill Howe Plumbing with my emergencyHe not only fixed my problem within about 30 minutes but let me know why the issue happened. Turned out a previous general contractor I called did a not to code quick fix and caused my problem.I was very thankful and impressed with John Friend’s professionalism and honesty. I will be calling and asking for John for all future work.

My garage flooded because of a slab leak and needed a company who would be able to help fast! Robert from PAWS plumbing came out 20 minutes after I called their office. I also received confirmation texts every day with the times he and his team would arrive. It was a major four day job. Robert and Mike are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, providing quality work and were very patient with our questions. Taylor also helped out and worked really hard. They are all hard workers, professional, respectful toward my home, and trustworthy. They had to break concrete outside the leaking water main, excavate to expose the mainline and make repairs, they rerouted hot and cold lines out of the slab through the ceiling space and walls to the 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. That type of work costs thousands so when my insurance rep saw the detailed invoice, he said he had enough information to pay the claim. He even said the cost was pretty low based on past claims he’s reviewed. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my line of work and these guys are the best in my opinion: they do what they say they’ll do, communication is consistent, and they finish the work right the first time, fair price, excellent quality of work.

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.
