I am so grateful to Jose and Discount Plumbing & Rooter to squeeze me in during this very busy short holiday week! I had a leaking faucet, sink and plumbing issues and needed to install a new faucet and all new pipes and parts under the sink. Right away upon calling Team Rooter, I was greeted by Ashley who was very kind and professional. Nicholas came out to fix our 2 bathroom sinks that were clogged. It had a tricky connection so he called out his field supervisor Kenny and they took care of the problem saving us several hundred dollars. Install new toilet

This weekend a pipe cracked behind the wall in our shower! It was awful but once we got the water off we were so glad that Powers Plumbing came out and replaced the pipe quickly. We hope we don't have any lasting damage but we'll see now to just hope the wood dries without an issue!

The two men who came out to fix our toilet were great (ones name was Steve). They weren’t just on time, they contacted me and were able to make it earlier than expected. My kids were napping when they arrived and the men were very courteous and quiet - my kids continued to sleep through the entire process. They were very professional, friendly and the job took the amount of time he expected it would. I was very happy with our experience and would reach out to core plumbing again if I have any future needs in this area. One other thing to note is they got us an appointment the same day we called, which is great! So happy we didn’t have to deal with a broken toilet any longer than necessary.

So I am usually not one to write reviews …. but I just had a great experience with Anderson and their pro plumber Ron Miller so here I go.On the road while my wife deals with a plumbing fiasco long brewing under the sink. I get home and dial for help. They said most likely a night call, I was fine with that. One day turnaround great by me. Instead, they call back in an hour or so and someone is free now … yea! Plumber Ron Miller is highly recommended by me. He is our plumber now.. A pro , not a kid (sorry kids) he has experience and fixed us up, plus another issue I surprised him with. No problem. Thanks Anderson and especially Ron! Highest recommendation from a tough old guy who can't fix anything by himself!

Joseph came in and expertly handled our clogged pipe. He explained the process in full and showed his knowledge. But he also didn’t try to nickel and dime us with a costly procedure. Highly recommend. Very professional and efficient.

Bill Howe was recommended to me by my neighbor. I called and they set up an appointment for the next day. The repair man was running a little late so the office called me to let me know. He arrived, he was polite and efficient. He got the work done quickly. I will call them if I have other plumbing needs!

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

Installed Toto bidet

American Plumbing Group has been nothing short of fantastic. We had them out twice within a couple of weeks for two separate projects (install a new toilet and replace the flush valve on another toilet). Garrett did the service on both jobs. He was on time, courteous, and respectful of our home. He kept the job clean too. Scheduling is a breeze with APG and they'll keep in touch with you along the way until they arrive at your home. I hope that I don't have them to our house too often, but I will definitely use these guys in the future if needed.

Very gracious after I bungled our appointment. Had a bad clog in a rental property at the start of a week-end and my tenants were anxious to have service ASAP. Called several plumbers. Booked Emory for a Monday appointment, but then got a response from a plumber able to respond ASAP, so I went with him.Unfortunately, I completely forgot about having made a Monday appointment with Emory. On the Monday of the scheduled visit, they called to confirm the appointment. Luckily I was able to take the call right away and tell them I already had the service performed and was very sorry I neglected to cancel our appointment.The Emory rep. I spoke with was very gracious which made me feel less like an idiot for failing to cancel the appointment. I understand time is money in a small business and customers who don't keep appointments can be costly and very annoying. I felt terrible about my oversight, but was quite relieved that my error was caught before they arrived for the service and that they were more than professional in the face of my error.Plumbing urgencies can be very stressful: Not only is it important for a plumber to be able to quickly and competently solve the technical problem, good ones understand the anxiety of their customers and can successfully relieve the stress.

Their service and customer service is excellent. Their pricing is very high for water heater installation. We were quoted $4k for a water heater+install, and paid $2k for the same unit+install with a different reputable licensed company.
