Carlos from PIC serviced my apartment today. He was early, but not too early. He was originally here to fix the toilet, but we had developed a leak under the kitchen sink. He was able to figure out what was leaking. Fixed both leak under sink and toilet in a timely matter. Needed a new water heater. Powers was recommended by a friend. Can't believe how much the cost of water heaters has gone up in the last 30 years, but buying it through Powers was no more expensive than getting it at Home Depot and I didn't have to lug it home. They did a nice job installing it at a reasonable labor charge. Would definitely use them again.

This was for a kitchen sink and faucet replacement. Tony was awesome - competent, professional, and nice.

Mike arrived at the scheduled time and was very informative and outright with the explanation of the issue, he showed me the problem area and also gave me insight into the level of carbon monoxide being caused by the issue! His knowledge on the subject and safety advice is very much appreciated! Bill Howe were quick to come to the scene and do the job with our property. And from the pictures reviewed (haven't been able to see them personally, but through AIM Realty who recommended them) they did a good and thorough job.However, they did not communicate with us (the co-owners on the house) about the costs, and we each ended up signing a contract (that's right, two separate contracts) that they basically tried to muscle their way into getting every cent from them. They wouldn't even respond to me when I asked them to clarify the price owed, rather I got a response from them about 5 months later through the lawyer they hired.So, the co-owner on the house felt they were charging an excessive amount and didn't want to pay it. Personally, they did not communicate with me at all about how much the total cost would be, or that they were exceeding the estimated rate.Anyway, we ended up settling for a smaller amount then they demanded and they paid for their lawyer's fees.

Called this morning told them I had a shower that would not drain. Schedule appointment between 2-4. Nathan showed up 3:30ish, led him inside to the bathroom where the shower was located. He turned the water on, barely, for 10 sec, shut it off and then said to me, the $89 special will not cover this. Guess what, I never mentioned any special (had a coupon but he didn't know that) or any price. It's the old bait and switch, comes in, does nothing, and tells you it will cost more. Nathan looks like he doesn't like to get dirty even though he told me all sorts of mumble jumble. Called another guy, came over, snakes my drain from the roof, $49. Unless Nathan is the exception to the norm I would never use this service ever. Coupon's a scam.

Difficult to find leak. Found it and fixed it. Have used them multiple times and they are often able to provide same day service. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with them. 2 days ago I called them to find the leak in my house. I reached to several companies, but they didn't find the leak accurately, but their plumber named John did the best job. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing work.

Ramona Plumbing has an efficient system for managing appoints, using email and text messaging to confirm your appointment and text you when the service person has left previous job and is on the way to your house. Justin was professional and informative. He took time to answer questions and showed me how to change the filter on my house filtration system. He also installed a new faucet. Again professional and careful to protect surfaces and leave everything clean. I will use them again and definitely would recommend them.
