Best Plumbing Installation in San Diego CA

Jose from this company created a wonderful experience for me. I had been trying to install a bidet, but my water line was nearly impossible to disconnect and I did a lot of damage to it trying to unscrew it. I called this company for a quote/some insight as to if they would be able to disconnect my water line and replace it. Jose called me back promptly and gave me a quote to unscrew it (which was $0!) and walked me through what would need to happen if he couldn’t disconnect it.He ended up needing to take out the toilet from the ground- a timely and difficult job- and gave me a huge discount so it was affordable for me. And even installed my bidet afterwards!Throughout this process, I also had to reschedule several times and every time Jose was flexible and prompt with when he could come help that worked with my schedule. I am so pleased with my experience with everyone at this company, especially Jose. I would absolutely recommend them for any needs you have!

These guys were awesome they came same day within an hour and fixed our clogged pipe and told us a reasonable solution so it would not happen again they also followed covid regulations wearing masks and gloves

Nick showed up to fix a toilet that wouldn't quit running. He wanted to put a new toilet in and charge me $695. I had someone else look at it and they found a zip tie blocking the seat and pulled it out and said I was good for at least 2 more years.

Parts supplied. The parts manager was extremely knowledgeable about the parts we were seeking and helpful in finding something that worked from his inventory. It was a very pleasant experience to go somewhere and be treated like a valued customer by someone that actually knows their field and inventory. Took me back in time to that hometown that San Diego was in my childhood. People cared when they helped you and small businesses specialied. Thank you for so much for that. Highly recommend.

We used to rely on family members for repairs and plumbing, but frankly, there’s no guarantee that way. Bill Howe has a great reputation and helped us out a few years ago with a clogged toilet line, so we called them and received five star service installing a new toilet…Tommy Brittle was prompt, friendly, efficient and cleaned up afterward. The plumber that came out was incompetent. He tried to charge me $250.00 for a bathtub spout when the same spout costs $15.00. I googled the part on my phone and showed him that it costs just $15.00 and he got upset that i called him out on it. Matter of fact i would call that fraud since he said he was just doing his job and following company rules. In addition while trying to replace the spout he damaged part of the tub. I don't trust them and will never use them again and will not recommend anyone use them. To try to take advantage of someone because of their situation is pretty pathetic and disgraceful. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

It seems that clogged toilets or kitchen sinks always happen to me on a weekend or holiday. I've called Rooter Hero several times in these instances. While all my experiences were good, Erick is an outstanding technician! He's been to my home on three occasions, solved the problem right away, or asked me insightful questions and noticed how certain plumbing parts were fitting together, that led to recommendations which every other plumber or handyman overlooked -- and finally worked! Erick is professional, friendly, and analyzes the situation thoroughly. At this point he knows my home's plumbing situation quite well which helps him pinpoint the solution quickly. The booking/scheduling team members are friendly, and the communication is excellent via text, phone and email.

Charlie was very professional. He was here once before and I seeked him out for a return visit to do additional plumbing repairs. Once again he was professional and pleasant to have in my household making repairs. He is in my opinion, the best plumber in San Diego. He did multiple repairs in one visit.

They are always have a small window for service, so you are not waiting around all day. Further more they phone when they are on their way. Office personnel, owner and plumbers are all friendly and their prices are resemble.

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. He did a great job and explained what was misplumbed previously. Doug, (#388), showed me all the problems and overcame them. The water heater in our rental unit died leaving our tenant without hot water. We called Emory Plumbing in the morning, were quoted a fair price, and they replaced the water heater before the end of the day. They handled everything for us including contacting our tenant to confirm the schedule. As an out-of-town landlord, I highly value their exceptional customer service and fast response.
