Omar also gave us a call as he had finished a previous job earlier and offered to stop by sooner which we really appreciated, he also wore a mask at our request and was super polite and thoughtful of our situation. Like all my other interactions over the years with Anderson PHA, this morning’s experience has been a text book example of how to run a business (from the customer point of view). I was given a window of time, a call 30 minutes before Josue showed up, and a text with his name and picture. So…. I knew exactly who to expect and when to expect him. He verified my issue, explained what he was going to do, and did it.

I had two severely backed up toilets and showers because of roots in the main line. Raphael and David showed up within an hour of calling Elite Rooter. They informed me about what needed to be done and how much it would cost beforehand in a very professional manner. After the blockage was resolved, they also installed two proper clean-out lines. They worked extremely hard, even after it turned dark. Raphael and David are the best of the best! Many thanks to Field Inspector Omar who came out twice as well.

I just had the best possible outcome to a very stressful situation. I had low pressure from the hot water heater, and scheduled a appointment for this morning. I was the first appointment (yea!) for my technician Miguel Rodriguez. He called to let me know he was on his way, and showed up right when he said. He encountered several problems in the course of fixing the pressure issue, he kept me advised every step of the way, and although my budget did not allow all the issues to be fixed today, he was able to fix the most pressing and restored my hot water. He provided me an estimate for the remaining work to be done and took the time to explain the issues and potential problems they can cause. He was on time, under budget and the most helpful person I have dealt with lately. I have used Bill Howe in the past and will continue to in the future as I have always been highly satisfied. It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Our kitchen sink clogged on Thanksgiving (of course). Rooter Hero sent out Dennis, who came promptly to take care of the problem. The price was very good using an online coupon, and there was no extra fee for coming on a holiday. Dennis was very polite and professional and gave some good advice for future. Although it’s never fun to deal with plumbing issues , Mr Harrison was very attune to our needs , he troubleshooted our issues in a way that made sense and to a great saving to our family . We had several other plumbing company’s come over and it seems that the others did not take the time to troubleshoot the real issue as Xavier Harrison did, which in turn meant a saving of money and resources in real time and averting a much larger problem , (had we followed others advice). Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .
