I can not say how happy enough I am!! They came within an hour of me calling!!!! The sweet guy that came out was name Jose who’s also a vet! He gave a super great deal and a huge discount that SAVE ME SOOOO MUCH! I appreciate what he did for me and my new family! The best part is that this is a family own business which I love supporting family owned especially now a days in this pandemic! He was clear and explained EVERYTHING that he was going to do! He called me about my problem before even arriving and help me understand what needed to be done or possibility of being done. The communication that he had and that the company have is OUTSTANDING!!! If I ever need a quick plumbing fix I would always call on them from now on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE WHO LOOKING FOR PLUMBING!

What was a $165 slow draining sink unclogging job turned into $4,000 rip off. This so called plumbers know all the tricks in book to make money off of your tough situation. They saw our house as a cash-cow when they knew we are selling it (4S Ranch) and in Escrow inspection. They did not even offer or mentioned the deals that are advertised in their website (good thing we checked) and they were quick to give a quote of the next job they caused and created. They charged us double in everything. They made me sign a contract on the last job they did so I will have to pay them $1,350 even if they were not able to fix the issue. And yes, they were not able to fix it and just made it worse. Another quote for $4,000 to destroy our house some more. I told them to leave. They don't have honesty and good quality service. The next plumber I hired (Taylor's Plumbing) fixed the issue in just a couple of hours!

They came twice to align with the management, the effort is greatly appreciated. Did it on time and on a short notice.

This is the 3rd time we have called Bill Howe Plumbing for new faucets and water line hookups for 3 different areas in our house. Every time the service and professionalism has been outstanding!! We have a new construction house and the original plumbing installer was always “too busy” to come back and do faucet and water line installs for parts which were delayed in arriving due to supply issues. Bill Howe Plumbing was very responsive and arrived within 48-72 hours, or less, of each call. Darryl was our Technician for 2 of the visits and ran into issues which required creative problem-solving. We were certain the job might not be completed due to these issues. However, both times he completed the job!! We were very happy and will continue to call Bill Howe Plumbing!

Worked with Courtesy Plumbing to replace our garbage disposal. This time we worked with Jason who arrived early and prepared. He let us know that this fix was much simpler than a replacement. Ryan really knew what to do. He removed the fixtures that were corroded when the other plumber said can’t be done. He’s the best!

We called Black Mountain to replace our leaking water heater. They gave us a clear and competitive quote over the phone (a couple of the other places we checked with refused to give any information without sending out a technician, even though we could give all the necessary info over the phone). We made an appointment for a time window just a couple hours later, and they kept us updated when they were able to come earlier than originally promised. They did a great job with the replacement, and were able to come in under quote as our earthquake straps and some of the connective plumbing were reusable. We'll definitely be calling them next time we need a plumber for anything!

I cannot rave enough about the incredible service I received from this company and its individual employees. They came after hours and once we realized the wrong size tank was delivered Francisco came the next morning at 6:30 AM once the warehouse had opened to install immediately so my family could have hot water to begin the workday. They went above and beyond the best service possible and I have already referred them to several of my friends.
