Jose Balderas had recently installed our new garbage disposal and did an amazing job. He was fast, efficient, informative and friendly. So naturally we called Discount Plumbing and requested Jose specifically to help us temporarily cap two water lines till the discount plumbing team can come over and properly close all the lines in our old laundry room. When we called; his schedule was packed, but still he graciously squeezed us in because we had to turn off our water till those lines were capped. Thank you so much Jose! And thank you for quickly scheduling for the following day to properly have everything that needs to be closed, discount plumbing will be our first go to for all our plumbing needs!

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

Henry (Manager) and his team (Victor and others) diagnosed and corrected a difficult plumbing and drain line (internal/external) problem in/at my mother's home. The problem (sewage back up from a non-draining toilet) started on a Saturday. We called and the crew responded. Henry's crew stopped the back-up leak. Then, the crew diagnosed the problem--i.e. the drain line from the house to the street was restricted in numerous spots with grout or mortar from original installation. Henry strategized and then implemented the least expensive approaches to cleaning out the debris from the drain line. It was not a simple roto-root and gone fix. It required a jetter then a descaler followed by a jetter. Henry explained the strategy and process to us step-by-step. With this strategy we avoided a big-dig (excavate and replace old line) repair and expense. The process took several days and involved different teams and tools. But it was a success. The work is warranted. We are grateful. We are thankful. -ak

I needed to re-pipe my house, so I got a few bids from different companies. I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing because they were competitive, and they had availability to start right away. They were very organized and communicative. I got a text message every time they were on their way on who was coming to work in the house. They looked for ways to perform the work with minimal damage to the house and were able to re-pipe the shower without destroying any tile. During the process they helped me trouble shoot some other things that came up and offered good solutions. They also helped me with the permitting process by creating drawings and attending the rough-in inspection. Aaron and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were honesty and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Water Heater failed overnight and had flood in morning. Call My Plumber and they sent Garrett Joyner out and he was on site before 7 AM. He is an outstanding young man, smart and capable and he did the job. By 2 PM we had a new tank, all new fittings, pressure tank, everything needed t pass the latest stringent plumbing codes. We've used Plumbing tree for our manufactured home for about 20 years. We had blockage in one of the sewer lines. Because of where we live, things can be tricky. We own the home, but rent the space. So not all repairs are our responsibility. Alan came out to help with the issue. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. There was some grey area on who was responsible for the repairs. After the service was done I spoke to Miguel, a customer service rep. I talked about some concerns with him. He was very helpful and really listened to what I had to say. He mentioned he would reach out to me the next day. There were also payment issues and Joanna was helpful to answer my questions. I guess there was a technical issue, but she was attentive and responded to me right away. Miguel got back to me as promised and we settled the matter working in my favor. Miguel and the Plumbing Tree family are extremely loyal and HONEST. Something you don't find today when it comes to contractors and handy work. Although, I don't find their prices competitive like as were in previous years, there is not a doubt in my mind I would call on San Diego Plumbing Tree again.
