I called Discount Plumbing for a visit as the faucets were leaking and the water pressure was too high. Jose came in two hours, after investigated the problem areas in our two bathroom, he gave a very clear explanation on what the problems were and how to fix them. He fixed the problems in the same afternoon, he was quick, very professional and communicate very well. Job accomplished with quality and speed. I would certainly recommend it.

My break down for my service.Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation. He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge. He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

Fair and dependable

Kevin and Joey arrived right on time. They were friendly and very upfront on what they found during the inspection. It was more than what I wanted to spend, but the additional repairs were needed. I want to thank them both for doing a fantastic job. On the 2nd visit, Kevin and Joey did the pipe jetting. They removed years of buildup and now drains are completely cleaned out. These gentlemen are true professionals and I highly recommend them.

Anderson has done it again! We have never received less than five star service from this company. Miguel was our plumber today. He worked quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. He was able to fix problems left by a different company. He was polite and professional. He made sure everything was clean when he left. Great service!

Danny Moreno and the Bill Howe Restoration team were very courteous, professional, and responded to my questions within a timely manner. They arrived on-time. It did take 5 days from the day the dehumidifier was installed until the followup inspection to complete their portion of the water heater damage.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.
