Jose and Discount Plumbing were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out. We received another quote from someone to fix our leak for $1,250 - $1,500, which seemed really high, and Jose agreed to fix it for $700.We called in the afternoon on a Friday and Jose was willing to stop by on his way home to see if he could help our water leak since it was a big leak. He didn't want us to have to go the weekend with water leaking all over the place and he arrived within 15 minutes.Jose tried to fix the leak but it was going through a retaining wall that was surrounding the pipe. The warehouse was already closed for the day and Jose couldn't access the proper tools to break up the concrete. He offered to come back first thing on Monday morning but rather than have us go the weekend with the leak he connected us to someone that could come out the next day to fix it for the same agreed upon price.Jose spent about an hour trying to get to the source of the leak, but since he couldn't fix it he didn't charge us for his time. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and didn't really get anything in return. Jose was also incredibly professional, communicated great, and wore a mask/stood a respectable distance to make sure we felt comfortable.

Love supporting this local Mission Hills plumbing store. They are no more expensive than any other, and they always give good advise about which quality companies to buy from for faucets, toilets, etc. If you live in the area please consider using them for your plumbing needs.

Horrible service & extremely overpriced. To start they were 3 days later than originally scheduled. When the technician finally arrived and presented the quote, I asked to see an itemized breakdown of charges and services but they refused to show it to me. Unless you charge several hundred dollars an hour & a 1000% markup on parts, I was sorely ripped off. To finish it all off trash was left on my property by the technician & they DID NOT turn my water back on so I has to finish their job myself. No one in company but technicians seem to have pricing, which is shady. Customer service would not speak to me past getting my water back on, and would not return my phone calls. Do not recommend this business.

The sink in the kitchen of the first floor condo in our building was overflowing from a clog. Anderson, who advertises 24/7 service, said they could send someone the next evening. I called Bill Howe & a wonderful young man, Tony, arrived in an hour and one half, 7pm. He unclogged that problem & while in the garage noticed another issue we had & fixed that too. I’m very impressed & pleased with their promptness & caring attitude. Tony couldn’t have been better. Thanks

Michael was awesome. He was super conscientious and explained all our options. I totally trusted his recommendations. Rather than rip up all the pipes and replace them as our only option, which another plumber told us we needed (to the tune of $35k), Michael gave us several different options, which cost much less. I’d use PAWS again in a heartbeat.

Chris came within an hour and assessed the old water heater, and explained our options for repair or upgrade, we chose to upgrade. I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Omar did his job and his personality put it over the top. Stay Cool Omar!! (Congrats again on the 2 new little ones)

The folks from Black Mountain have done a number of plumbing jobs for me and my mother, and I've always found them to be very knowledgeable, professional and honest. Even when there is a hiccup in the outcome, they follow-up appropriately and to this customer's satisfaction. On the most recent job - a rebuild of bath tub faucet handles and shower diverter and the installation of new hardware - I didn't really look at the finished job carefully until after the technician left. Call me obsessive compulsive, but the handles did not line up; one sat at 90 degrees, another at about 50 degrees. I called the tech back and he suggested it was an easy fix and described how I could unscrew the handle and realign them. Well, after paying over $300 for the work, I didn't feel this was the best response. He also said I could call the office to schedule a follow-up trip. I did so, and he was back the next day - just as nice and soft-spoken and focused on the job as he had been the day before. He aligned the handles and explained that in the beginning the rubber piece around the fitting was a compression system (showing my plumbing ignorance here; not the correct words, I'm sure) and that they would be tight at first and would eventually become less so. But he made the adjustment needed and for that I am very appreciative.

Great Service. I had Emory come to my home to disconnect an exterior gas line going to a grill. They were very professional, completed the work in a timely way, and configured the gas line and capped it so that I has easier access for future use. Highly recommend this local company in Mission Valley.Don
