I called Joshua from PIC Plumbing to inspect sewer lines of a home I was buying. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He showed me the issues and explained them to me and I intend on using Joshua for all the maintenance and repairs needed.

Fair and dependable

My family's rental unit experienced a strong smell coming from the laundry closet. The plumber called me and told me that he could not detect any type of water leak but that it might be inside the wall. He admitted that he did not detect moisture on the drywall and offered to break into the drywall and take a look. I could not do that because that entails a major project. We believe that the washer, which is old, has a leak. That said, the plumber completely understood my hesitation. This is clearly an honest company and I wholeheartedly recommend them. They are not out to make a quick buck. I've added them to my cell call list and will be my go-to plumbers going forward.

Mike was amazing!!! Professional, polite, detail oriented, very skilled and helpful- and fast too! Extremely efficient and a wonderful experience. I will be using Anderson Plumbing again and requesting Mike every time!

Danny and his helper did an excellent and very professional job. They explained what they were going to do and provided an estimate.They put paper down to protect the floor and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. Mr. Rooter arrived quickly after my call to them. The repairs were extensive, but I was very pleased with their work. Cody and Ruben were very courteous and professional. They explained the work they were doing and answered all my questions. Xaiver, the foreman was on sight frequently overseeing all aspects of the job and helping his team perform the work.They stand by their work and I would call them again if needed.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

We called Rooter Hero Plumbing because our kitchen sink backed up and they had a special coupon. The guys were personable, knowledgeable and professional and quickly cleared the drain. However several weeks later, we had the same problem. This time Aaron came out. Again, personable, knowledgeable, professional and because this incident had reoccurred, he was very thorough. He found the problem, cleared the drain and offered to come back at no charge for another look with a camera should we have problems again. We were very happy with Aaron and Rooter Hero Plumbing and would use them again! It’s refreshing to see someone who is not only professional- but enjoys their job and stands by their work! Corey was so professional and courteous & real gem. Unfortunately, he was unable to remedy the problem so the next day( so much for same day service) we got Franco...another story indeed. He called me when he was finished to rudely up sell me on some high priced remedies ( I know they are overpriced because I had jetting done before for 1/3 of the price he quoted) then he left the bathroom a mess telling my tenants that he told me what to do and I would take care of it. Then my tenants called to tell me he walked out the door and said I'm leaving and they asked is the bathroom usable?, he said not until it's cleaned and then only until it clogs again. When I called the company they said regulations prohibit their techs to clean raw sewage. When I arrived to access the situation, there was no more than a cup full of substance, equivalent to a baby's dirty diaper (raw sewage, right?) so with a few paper towels and some bleach...all is fine. No thanks to My Plumber. Since when do Plumbers NOT deal with this? Is that NOT the job description? Not MY Plumber anymore!!

Ryan replaced all angle stops (faucets & toilet) and the shower cartridges. As part of the service, Ryan was able to clean some build-up in the water lines to enable great water flow. Professional, knowledgeable and complete. Highly recommend!

Having problems with hot/cold water not maintaining the selected mix properly for the duration of the shower. Once desired temperature is selected and the shower runs for a few minutes, the temperature fluctuates from just right to scalding hot, then back and forth between that and drastically cold, back to just right and through the cycle again. It's frightening and for the elderly - jumping out of the range of the stream is a feat hard to capture. The cartridge that performs this magic function was replaced and my shower now delivers the temperature I select for the duration of my shower. (Hallellujah!!)This is a problem I've had over the past 27 years here in my condo. I've had the cartridge replaced at least six, maybe seven times over this period.The plumber I've used all these years can no long service third floor units, so Emory was referred to me and I must say I was thoroughly pleased from the initial phone call to the service rendered by Carlos. And I was able to get this service performed the very next day. Thanks Emory!!

Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable. There wasn’t a negative sign to the entire visit. I would recommend Turnkey Plumbing without reservation. Thank you again, Max.
