Robert Miller with Powers Plumbing was sent over the same day I called Powers for help with a clogged bathtub that would not drain. To my surprise, he fixed it in 20 minutes! He was clean cut, extremely polite and professional, took time to clean the area after he finished, and refused to take a tip! Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never call anyone else but Powers Plumbing!

Do you want me to say that your team are unvaccinated, and came into my home without a mask even after you were requested to wear one? The young guy was great, and then the expert (likely one of the owners) no bid on a hard job, and also no bid on an easy job for no reason. My guess is you didn’t like that I asked you to wear a mask. Feel free to defend yourself, but calling me a coward for leaving out these details is probably a bad move these days. If your happy serving only those who aren’t concerned about COVID, that’s fine. Your choice.

These guys are AWESOME! Kevin and Fransisco are masters at there trade. I am so amazed and pleased at what they were able to do ...it blows my mind. I am now cast iron free of piping under my house. I was having on going plumbing issues with the old cast iron for years. Javier (supervisor) was clear on the options and amount it would cost. One call to these guys and they fixed the problems for good. If I could give more stars I would.

Robert came out and provided us an estimate for excavation and replacement for our main sewer line. He was extremely thorough during our appointment and made time to explain the work in detail to me.I can't speak to the value offered as we have a few other quotes pending, but the service and professionalism was top notch.

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. I found Ryan, the plumber, to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was on time, in fact even a little early, which is refreshing, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. I would recommend this company highly and I plan to use them again for my next plumbing issue...since there always seems to be one with an older house.
