Best Leak Detection And Pipe Repair in San Diego CA

We had our water heater leaking on Saturday afternoon. I contacted several company will be Discount Plumbing San Diego responded immediately and sent a company employee, Jose, within an hour. Jose was very attentive to our problem, spent more than half an hour of time, offered us several options for replacing the heater. I highly recommend the company and personally it's employee Jose.

Called to fix a faucet not properly working at my business:Plumber comes in 1st time: a new part is needed, ok, so he orders the part.Plumber comes a second time to install the part, but is not the correct one.The plumber apparently talks to my staff and tells them the faucet cannot be fixed, but it works fine, my staff accepts the explanation and the plumber leaves.I got a bill for $ 209 today. I called back the office and the person on the phone apologizes and says he is going to talk to the owner. Needless to say i told the office clerk that i can pay for one diagnostic visit, but that's it: my faucet is the same as it was before their visits.I got a call back few minutes later with apologies and sorryes, which doesn't fix or solves anything by the way, then my bill now is lowered to $160. Hahahaha. I asked why don't they come and fix the issue at least, and the clerk says on the phone that the issue i have with my faucet cannot be fixed: i guess i have a faucet with a terminal plumbing disease, lol. They are gonna have to do better than this. Here is in a nutshell my experience with this business today.

Asked Anderson to install a thermal expansion tank for our water heater. There was a small leak on the downstream end due to prior low-quality work which the Anderson technician was able to fix, leaving our system better than before. Excellent service, good communication and the tech maintained a positive attitude even during the frustrating parts. We have had many good experiences with Anderson so far and will continue to call them for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Our Technician Ron arrived on time walked me through every.step that was needed. As he followed the water leak behind one wall and then into another he was very considerate to me. It's shocking to watch a job getting bigger and bigger. He located the leak, cleaned up the wet and moldy drywall but most of all he made sure I understood what was happening at all times. I would recommend this company. My big tip is to ask for this person Ron. Good luck to everyone going through their repairs.

They ran a camera down my toilet drain as a diagnostic to see what my issue was. they were very efficient and did a great job. I would definitely recommend there service.

Max unclogged my kitchen sink and was able to give me pointers on how to keep it free and gave advice on the garbage disposal that I never knew. So he fixed it and had class at the same time yet I hope it doesn't happen again but if so I know who to call. Thanks for your good service will recommend to anyone

Charlie came out after hours and helped us unclog a backed up kitchen sink. He was friendly, professional, and the prices were more than reasonable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so we never felt left in the dark. Charlie was very knowledgeable and quite obviously cares about the quality of his work. He even gave us tips as to how to avoid future problems!

Corey K did a professional and speedy diagnosis of my water pressure problem on Feb 16, 2015. The company he works for, My Plumber San Diego, has done previous jobs with utmost professionalism and consideration. Sometimes I wonder if Mr. Testa, the owner, has all his people go to professional charm school (LOL); they are all so thoughtful including putting paper booties over their shoes before they enter the house.

Hired Emory to do some preventative maintenance drain cleaning and hydrojetting before the thanksgiving holiday. They were able to squeeze me in with less than 24hr notice in the short holiday week and were on time and quick.

Great team, honestly, I know I'll be working them whenever I have any plumbing work that needs to be done. I am going to replace some sinks soon, and re-do laundry connections at some point as well.
