Core Plumbing was the second company in to do the work and they fixed many issues I previously had. They repaired/replaced a water heater, pressure regulator, dishwasher and more. Will be using them again!

The service was great! Plumber knew what he was talking about. He had to deal with the city water management and made sure they came in a timely manner to resolve an issue. I had a clogged pipe under the kitchen sink that needed to get fixed ASAP. I called numerous places in my area to see if they could come out today or at least the next day. No one had openings soon enough. Then I got recommended Bill Howe from a neighbor of mine, decided to give them a shot after speaking to their customer service which was very responsive and honest!A technician got assigned to my appointment the same day and was at my house in less than 2 hours. Michael S. fixed a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing as he did to clear the clog. Additionally, he took time to listen to our 11 years old questions and comments. He left to get a part he needed for a repair to a our kitchen sink pipe and to grab lunch. I expected him to be gone for awhile, but he came back within 30 minutes. He finished up the job quickly and was took extra steps to clean up after his work. Definitely put Roto Hero number in my contacts, but hope to not have to call them for any more plumbing issues ;0)

Based on 2 different jobs Collins has done for me, they're a good bunch of folks! First job was a gas meter relocation. Second job was hydrojetting drain lines - and they were 1/3 the cost of one of the emergency plumbers. No nonsense approach to addressing plumbing issues. Will use them again.
