Corey was quick and responsive to all my plumbing questions when I called. The plumbers showed when they said they would . I had my water heater replaced very quickly with a great price and they left where they worked very clean. I recommend these guys to anyone and I will be using them again for any future plumbing problems that come up!

Alex and Kenny showed up less than 30 minutes after I called the main number. Quick to diagnose and resolve a challenging clean out with multiple intersections and even sent a camera through the main line to make sure it was clear. Excellent price. Fernando did an amazing job. He explained why he was suggesting the service he was and did a great job completing the job and ensuring I understood what he was doing. He kept the area clean and cleaned after he was done with the job. It was a rainy day and he wore shoe protectors to keep my floors clean! I will be requesting him for my services in the future! I am so impressed with Bill Howe Plumbing! Every step of the way was very easy and professional. The plumber was right on time, very friendly, helpful, professional. They came at the time that they said they were going to report and they did the job in less than an hour and were gone. I was concerned since I thought they were going to have to cut the cabinet, instead they just drilled three holes big enough for the cable to go through to the other side of cabinet and out the other side of cabinet to where the water connection was connected to the fridge. The copper wire was leaking so they replaced it. I found the cost of repair to be on the high side, however, they did respond to an emergency and completed the job in a smart manner since they did not cut through the cabinets as I was thinking they would have to do. They also contacted a person to come and ensure there wasn't any water damage, and they came out for free.

We had an emergency sink clog/leak issue in our condo unit in Downtown San Diego and called Paws last minute. Will with Paws was quick to get back to us after we reached out via Yelp and was able to give us a precise 2-hour window when the technician could be there for a free inspection. I later got a call saying that the plumber would actually be able to arrive two hours ahead of schedule which was perfect given the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. Upon arrival, Eric quickly assessed and quoted our issue at a far more competitive price than the competition. After fixing the clog/leak, Eric cleaned up the sink and cabinet area with cleaner--something I haven't seen with many other plumbing companies around town.All around top-notch service, great pricing, and an unclogged drain!

We have a few day old baby and the last thing I needed was a toilet that stoped emptying. Mike came and saw a disheveled shell of a man and quickly found the issue and presented a solution. No sooner did I agree and asked how long it would take he smiled and told me to return to my new baby and he’ll tell me when it was done. And done it was! No stress. He made this new Father feel he had control of at least on thing in his life anymore and for that I am grateful to Mike and Rooter Hero.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

Mike S. came to our rescue. First, he came on time then he was able to find our shut off valve from the outside. Our house is old when we bought it. He replaced it with a new one and relocated it where it was very accessible. The shut off valve was in an awkward place but he worked very patiently and worked/ fit himself in a very small space where the valve was. I told him he was like a gymnast, very flexible working in a small space. Then he worked next in the bathroom/shower where he had to correct the leakage, installed new hardware, etc. He was a like a surgeon and a dentist with his little mirror making sure that everything was perfect. He was detailed and provided explanation. He did an excellent job!!! He is 5-stars!!! If you need a plumber, ask for Mike S. at My Plumber CA. Thanks for your help.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I drive by their location every day from work and finally had a reason to call. The dispatchers were courteous and efficient. I was given a window between 12-2 and Brandon was at my house at 12:15 with a courtesy call. All my drains had overflowed, I had raw sewage all over the floor. The technicians worked tirelessly over a period of two hours snaking, cleaning, and hydrojetting (didn't know this even existed) my lines. They came out for 96/hr which I thought was extremely fair with an additional (slightly more expensive) charge for the jetting. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone. I have used Freddy and his team to inspect my sewer line (had roots). He was able to help me solve the problem for much less than the quotes from 2 larger companies. Freddy and his team also installed a total home water filtration system. Good people, fair and straight forward. Would recommend.
